The top 6 Cirque du Soleil shows in Las Vegas

Cirque du Soleil

There is a reason that we list the entire production company and not just one show in this instance, and that is because Cirque du Soleil offers six fantastic shows here in Vegas. While each one is independently unique of each another, they are all equally incredible. "O" by Cirque du Soleil offers audiences an aquatic experience that has high-flying acrobats and awe-inspiring stunts taking place in, around and above water. "Michael Jackson ONE" is a whirlwind high-energy, electrifying performances that celebrate the King of Pop. Speaking of tributes to past music, there's also "The Beatles LOVE" that tells a fantastical story through time to the soundtrack of the legendary band. "Mystère" is a whimsical, imaginative production that was also the first Cirque production to open in Vegas. "KÀ" is one of the most technically advanced of the Las Vegas Cirque du Soleil shows and highlights themes of family, war, and good vs. evil. There's also the brand new Mad Apple at New York-New York that brings you the ultimate NYC night out experience to Sin City. Not sure which one is right for you? Check out our guide that gives you a more in depth look into all of our fantastic Cirque du Soleil productions.

David Copperfield

David Copperfield

David Copperfield: the myth, the man, the legend. Seriously, this man is like the king of stage magicians, and his Las Vegas show at the MGM Grand is something you'll have to experience to believe. Filled with wow-worthy illusions, sensual assistants and plenty of unexplained events, you'll be scratching your head for days trying to figure out how he did it. Is it truly all a trick, or do you think he has unseen power from the great beyond? Either way, we enjoy watching him make things disappear while his billowy shirts blow in the wind.

Shin Lim Las Vegas

Shin Lim

This master of close-up magic is astounding audiences in Sin City, and trust us when we say that this is one show you'll have to see to believe. Shin Lim has been on Penn & Teller's "Fool Us" and was skilled enough to win the 13th season of "America's Got Talent." This unbelievable performer creates one of the best shows in Las Vegas that will have you mesmerized from the moment he pulls out a deck of cards.

Absinthe

ABSINTHE

In the mood for something different during your time in Sin City? Well, Absinthe at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is one of THE shows to see right now. It’s all things variety meets raunchy, filled with wild acrobatics and a lot of “sexy.” This Spiegelworld show is full of raunchy jokes, lingerie-clad acrobats, and even on-stage lap dances that make it not the ideal show to bring your dear Aunt Edna. You won’t want to miss out on catching the extremely intoxicating Absinthe in Las Vegas!

Rouge - The Sexiest Show in Vegas!

Rouge - The Sexiest Show in Vegas!

Sassy, sexy, and side-splitting, Rouge has more than earned a spot on our best shows in Las Vegas list. This show features multiple vignettes that range from the gold-dripped palaces of ancient Rome to the flouncing fanciness of 18th-century France, all tied together by two hilarious hosts. Every new piece features fantastic variety acts and a lineup of male and female dancers to get every audience member's full attention. Rouge at The STRAT is just a ton of fun and is the perfect show for date nights or a night out with friends.

Tournament of Kings

Tournament of Kings

Calling all damsels and knights in shining armor, prepare yourself for a dazzling evening of medieval feats of strength and agility as Tournament of Kings brings you a dinner and show to make King Arthur proud. Dig into a tasty feast of roasted chicken and potatoes while you witness eight kings go head to head in a fanciful jousting and equestrian display. This family-friendly event is a must-see during your Vegas vacation.

The trio Blue Man Group drumming paint in Las Vegas

Blue Man Group

If you're looking for avant garde, no language barrier, kooky, weird and visually stimulating, look no further than "Blue Man Group” at Luxor Las Vegas. The disembodied narrators of the Blue Man Group show profess to know a lot about human nature and social evolution, but the three earless, voiceless, black-clad stars are oddly oblivious. Though it deals out a good dose of off-color humor, the show also takes on big issues including brain function, groupthink, artificial intelligence and the loss of language, guiding the audience to its conclusions about society with the same playful force that the mime trio uses to harangue guests into participating in the production. Blue Man Group sprinkles its show with kid-friendly variety acts and quick-change illusions, but the core of its appeal is the company's signature music, played on fantastical invented instruments. Lighting and special effects bolster the effect of the beats, but Blue Man Group is not a show with a soundtrack — it's a soundtrack with a show.
