The first jar I bought I thought might be mislabeled, it was so mild. Surely it couldn’t actually be labeled “hot” correctly. So, I tried a second jar. Still very mild. Maybe there was a whole batch mislabeled. Third jar. Nope, not a fluke. The “hot” salsa is very mild. Luckily, it has great depth of flavor.

I don’t have an unusually high tolerance for heat, but I do expect at least a bit of heat in a hot salsa. If they use the same base recipe with their habanero extra hot, I might try that.

I bought it in publix and it was delicious.

This is the most bland salsa I have ever tried. The fact that y’all say it’s ’hot’ is a joke. Do not recommend. I’m unfortunately dissatisfied.

New customer, tried it and has become my new absolute favorite. Finally someone did it right. Not full of chunks like the others. Blended to perfection. Not to mention its not full of fake ingredients.
