Donna's younger sister visits London and helps Donna search for Daniel, the son that Donna and Ian gave up for adoption. Donna secretly contacts Daniel's adoptive father.

Frank is discovered comatose in his car. After he is taken to hospital, Jason and Tanya hope that the accident will be attributed to drunk driving - but it's not how things go.

At the wedding, Donna finds out that Daniel has run away, and Donna and Ian are each angry to discover that the other has met Daniel. When he returns safely, Donna steps in.

After the newspapers reveal Ian's exploits, Donna forces Ian to move into a hotel, where he bonds with Sal, to Jason's dismay. Jason blames Sal for the team's poor performance.

Having gained Donna's forgiveness, Ian moves back home and brings Sal. This makes it difficult for the couple to rebuild their relationship.

Tanya has ordered Frank's nurse to kill Frank with an untraceable injection, but he wakes up just before. Tanya is terrified when he seems to recall some of what happened to him.

After fainting, Chardonnay receives test results that indicate pregnancy. But when she and Kyle happily announce the news to the press, they are shocked to find something out.

Chardonnay considers carrying on the charade and raising Jackie's baby as her own. Meanwhile, Donna realises that she is attracted to Sal and kisses him again.
