Carrie Underwood had an extra special birthday this year, with her fans surprising her on stage in Las Vegas with flowers, a cake and a performance of their own.

The now-41-year-old was serenaded by the audience, with the sweet moment captured on video by a fan at the show. In the clip, Underwood held a huge bouquet while standing in front of a screen that read, "Happy Birthday Carrie!" The fan joked in the caption, writing, "Its clear why she is the singer and we are all in the audience."

The night before her 41st birthday, on March 9, Underwood was in Las Vegas as part of her Reflections residency at the Resorts World Theatre. In the middle of performing hits like "Before He Cheats" and "Cowboy Casanova," the singer and the audience switched places, with fans singing the classic "Happy Birthday" song while Underwood listened with a smile, holding a huge bouquet of flowers gifted to her. Right after, a multi-layered gold cake was wheeled out with a sparkler and some candles on top.

Upon seeing the cake, Underwood joked, "I'm very glad you did not put 41 candles, you'd have to call the fire marshal," before taking a moment to make a wish and blow out the candles. The singer then quickly got back to work singing her popular song, "All-American Girl."

Underwood also posted about her birthday show on Instagram, writing along with a bunch of photos from the night, "Thanks for the birthday surprises at the show last night @resortsworldlv !!! I felt very loved!!! 🥰." Many fans who were in the audience at the March 9th show complimented Underwood on the performance and wished her a happy birthday

Luckily, the mother of two had a break on her actual birthday on March 10th, spending time doing whatever she wished before jumping right back into her residency on March 13.
