Throughout race weekend, the Hard Rock Beach Club at the circuit plays host to regular big-name performances. A separate ticket is required for entry to the Hard Rock Beach Club, though fans seated in the Marina grandstands can still hear the concerts (and some will be able to see the stage). Performances are also streamed live on videoboards throughout the circuit. In 2024, Steve Aoki, Don Omar, Kaskade, Ed Sheeran, and John Summit performed at the Hard Rock Beach Club. Headliners for 2025 have not been confirmed.

Ahead of the race in 2024, DJ and producer Kaskade performed live on the starting grid, while Marc Anthony sang the national anthem. Immediately after the podium ceremony, Kaytranada performed a concert which was open to all race fans.
