Word has it that when Yes was unable to properly do their summer 2008 40th Anniversary tour (Jon Anderson was ill), it was decided to release some more video material from the 35th as partial compensation to fans. Snippets of these performances have already been released on 35th Anniversary Edition: YesSpeak Yes Acoustic, but here they're shown uncut. These performances are taken from Yes' 2003 Birmingham and Glastonbury shows, and are different from the other video release of the "Tsongas" show from the same year. Unique tracks include "Magnification", "Don't Kill the Whale", "In the Presence Of", "We Have Heaven", "To Be Over/Clap", "Show Me", "Long Distance Runaround", "The Fish", and "Awaken"; plus a half dozen more expected tracks. One for the fans, but better Yes videos are available.
