Lovely venue for a family outing, something for everyone. Cute bunnies for the younger kids, goats, sheep for older ones as well as others

Great happening place, a far cry from when it was in danger of closing years ago...obviously they ve had a total restructure and business plan put in place that saved it! The cafe is quite good but beware of having soups here.although they are very good they are always too oily...drizzled oil [i hope its `extra` virgin and cheaper oils like rapeseed..the toasted kale on top was also really oily...not great for anybody with a liver thats not working at optimal!! shame as the soup was good but too much oil and its happened before. i do not want to see a line of yellow oil around circling my soup!! Id to mention that!! plenty animals and a lot of volunteers here...waiting lists to do this too as i asked a year ago...thye ve reclaimed the land that crossrail were using for several years so another pond has been established. donkeys, goats, [my favourites] chickens, sheep...small allotment plots let out on a peppercorn rent for locals, studio space eg the pottery workshop. Great place attracting families and kids and adults..theres even a local sewing class with some lovely ladies " A stitch in time" that meet 2pm - 4pm thursdays! whats not to like??

Stopped off here in need of energy but wanting something nutritious rather than empty calories. The helpful young server pointed me to a plate of large dates stuffed with peanut butter and wrapped in dark chocolate. Incredible combination of flavours. And one line date is wonderfully satisfying. Also bought a salmon spinach and pea frittata to take away. Another fabulous flavour combination. Highly recommended.

I love Stepney City Farm - it's such an important part of the local community and just walking past it makes me happy!
The Allotment Cafe has been a welcome addition this summer, as well as the brilliant Saturday Farmers market. Definitely go if you can once restrictions ease!

This is not just a working farm. It has a cafe which serves great lattes and breakfasts as the portions are big. There’s also an allotment onsite along with a pottery. It’s a nice way to introduce children to farming and there’s enough to entertain them for a few hours. The goats are friendly as they want food from you which you can buy from the cafe. Nice place to enjoy country life without leaving London.

Stepney farm is a Lovely little farm, its much nicer than expected, the animals look nicely cared for, they have a lot on for a little farm, kiddies love it, it's clean and they have a nice little cafe there now. It's worth checking out just for that. Plus the staff are friendly, and the bathrooms are clean.

Lovely and peaceful place to visit. I really recommend it! People are very friendly, food in the Café is nice and the market on Saturdays is great

La nourriture est un peu chère et il n'y a pas vraiment beaucoup de choix pour un "marché fermier". Endroit sympathique.

Visited with my husband and 5 yrs old son. What a treat this has been. Animals look well cared for, plenty of teenage volunteers around learning and giving advise.
Nice place for young children to learn where the food is coming from. There is a yard where they can ride provided bikes etc.
Plenty of places to wash hands, good restroom facilities also.
Cafe serves really amazingly tasting food. It was so good, it put a smile on my face! Everything we tried tasted and looked great - from their sourdough bread, tomato jam, bacon, sausages to coffee....all was locally produced and extremely fresh. Reasonably priced too. We will definitely be back.

I go here regularly for the weekly farmers market. Great quality produce and a really kind community feel makes me come back again and again. The cafe is lovely and I recommend their bacon sandwich. It's also lovely to walk around and see all the animals. It's a great place to take kids and is quite educational.
