With the Covid-19 pandemic, we have decided to have several staycations in Macau this year. Being a Macau resident, we have not stayed in any hotels in Macau prior to this. MGM Macau was the first hotel we had staycations, and we were very impressed with it. We requested for early check-in at 12 (because our package included room + dining credit + breakfast). When we were went into the room, the staff have already prepared our room with two MGM lions for the children and a bowl of fruit. The drinks in the minibar was free of charge too! The room was very quiet and we had a sea view too! The swimming pool was also very welcoming, it is rather large, and staff was friendly also offered us water from time to time. House keeping was twice a day and we could get our towels changed after swimming in the afternoon. They also have a dolphin show in their lobby a few times a day, and children absolutely enjoyed it. Due to the pandemic, breakfast was served by room service to our room, and it was more than enough for 2 adults + 2 children. Overall, we are very impressed with room and service of MGM Macau, we would definitely come back again.

We chose MGM Macau to celebrate the start of summer holiday. We have availed the Macau Local package with the dining credit of $800 which we think is very practical for family spending. During check in, FO staffs are very informative by answering all our inquiries and giving some ideas on which places we could go around to. The rooms are very spacious with the nice view overlooking Taipa island with amazing amenities good for Adults and Kids alike. Staying with MGM Macau is definitely worth it, we will surely recommend it to our friends.

As soon as we arrived we already were greeted by a very nice staff. She also gave us a tour about the feature of our room and the operating hours of many facilities inside the hotel. The in-room breakfast was great with many options to choose from. You just need to call them and book in advance and the breakfast will be delivered to your room. The snacks, sandwiches and pasta that we ordered at the outdoor pool was tasty and the portion is more than enough. I highly recommend MGM Macau if you are looking for a pleasant stay.

I placed a takeaway order for the delivery service of the food featured in the Cheers, Macau today, including Pork Knuckle, Sausages, Roasted Chicken and Mashed Potato. This, unfortunately, and very disappointingly, has turned out to be the worst food I’ve tried this year.
While the campaign features deli platters from German, it has nothing tasted like authentic German food.
Pork knuckle is not even roasted properly and all I got was those precooked salty brined knuckle, which was harder then rubber. I had a very tiny bite of it and I was already having problem chewing it down.
The pretzels were simply horrible, tasted like a week old bread, nothing like a fresh baked pretzel should taste.
Sausages tasted blend, and like regular breakfast sausages that can be found at any supermarkets. And the mashed potatoes were off.
The roasted chicken and sauerkraut were edible but I’m still surprised this is the quality of a five-star resort can offer.
Again I’m very disappointed with the experience this time. I wouldn't recommend anyone to try the German food in MGM. If you can't ensure of the food, then simply don't do it.

On April 8th 2022 I went to Tria Spa MGM Macau for the first time. The moment I walked through the spa doors, it felt like I was not in Macau but in a dream. The calm and zen feeling was relaxing as I escorted to the waiting room. In the waiting room I was offered some “ wellness” tea that had a mixture of flowers and fruit in it. Once my room was prepared, my amazing therapist TOOMA guided me to my room. She was welcoming, warm and kind. She explained the 3 services I would have in great detail and and I enjoyed being able to pick my own massage oil. It started with a foot scrub and then into the first service which was a body scrub and wrap. The second treatment was the signature massage and Tooma was very intuitive with what my body needed. The 3rd treatment was a facial. I had never had a facial before and that was an awesome experience. The 3 hours flew by so fast and I did not want to leave the calm oasis at the spa. It was all the kind interactions, thoughtful touches, that made this place extraordinary. I can’t wait to go back…THANK YOU for an experience I will never forget!

Our first good impression was being welcomed by the staff, Bobo, at the front office reception. Bobo expressed her concern to me when she realized that my residential building went ablaze in that morning so I had to quickly look for a hotel room for me and my two children to stay. She helped me to carry my suitcase and bags, and led us to an upgraded two-bedroom suite. She showed me all functions and features of the suite and amenities of the hotel in a gentle manner. Before asking for some baby stuff, Bobo had already arranged a baby crib, milk bottle sterilizer, baby bathing tub and a low stool to the suite. She was just being so thoughtful and kind. Another impression was when I was served by Simon at front office reception when I extended my staying after 2 days. Simon ensured to me that rooms were available so I did not need to worry about my staying in the next couple days. He was extremely polite and helpful.

Macau seems much safer than Japan actually. Noone knows that MGM provided special upgrade to suite with nice wine! Even though the only one Chinese restaurant is open, MGM’s hospitality is special. I have to go to the casino later ! Everyone should notice that Corona in Macau is not serious.

This was a very good experience at the MGM Macau Front Desk for enrolling a seat in a charity workshop held in MGM Cotai mid-July.
I was enquiring if I could enroll without going to MGM Cotai and Front Office Supervisor Mr. Simon Leung has helped me through the entire process. He called and checked with his colleague for information and procedure, it took me less than half an hour to complete the entire process. I was given a receipt as a prove of payment and email was sent in half an hour as a confirmation. In this way, can save a trip travelling from Macau to Cotai.
I would like to send my sincere thank you to Simon for his good service and he has shown his enthusiasm in his job. Keep up.

Decided to made a short birthday trip to Macau, as the 1st travel after COVID. Booked MGM Macau for its central location, making it easy to visit various local food and sight-seeing attractions. I like the hotel decor, some newer Macau hotels are too bling-bling. My grand studio room was of adequate size, clean and well equipped. Front desk staff Cici Li and Alex Chen were amazingly friendly and enhusiastic. Very helpful on advice on places to visit and eat. Two thumbs up to both! 1 gripe I have is on the signage from the shuttle bus drop off point to the check in lobby. Totally confusing with signs at the same location telling you to go forward or backward to get to MGM Macau.

The wet facilities at our newly launched Tria Spa include sauna, experience shower, heated chair, footbath station as well as the vitality pool and we offer this for MOP460net. Should guests book a treatment with us then these services are inclusive of the treatment fee.
