Located in Jordan along the vibrant Nathan Road, a few minutes’ walk from Jordan MTR Station, Eaton HK features a newly designed lobby and guest rooms, rooftop swimming pool and yoga studio, gym and juice bar, co working club, large event spaces, screening room, art gallery, radio station, and a host of restaurants and bars including a Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant, an all-day dining floor, an open terrace cocktail bar, and a signature Food Hall. The hotel design references the romantic appeal and spiritual yearning of Wong Kar-wai’s arthouse films of the 1990s. More than a hotel, Eaton HK is an incubator for arts and culture, a beacon for sustainability, a hub for impact initiatives, and a local connection to a global media platform. Eaton HK is the physical arm of Eaton Workshop, a global mission-driven hospitality built to uplift the human spirit as we collectively pursue a better world for people and planet. With distinct parts—Hotel, House, Media, Wellness, and Impact—Eaton is not only a place for travellers to lay their heads, it’s also a place to experience belonging, creativity, and community.

Eaton HK stands out in reviews for its vibrant atmosphere, accentuated by modern decor and lively DJ sets, and its prime location that affords guests easy access to transport and local hotspots. While some guests have lauded the hotel for its friendly service and diverse amenities, including a well-equipped gym and food hall, others have encountered service inconsistencies and room maintenance concerns. The hotel's cleanliness generally meets guests' expectations, though not without occasional lapses. Travelers have mixed feelings about value, appreciating the amenities but critiquing inflexible policies and extra charges.

If you arrive by taxi, it does seem strange when staff casually dressed (a blazer and T-shirt with Human on it) opens the taxi doors and help you with your luggage, you make your way in and are greeted at reception with staff dressed the same.
When you go to the lifts to go to your room or to the lower ground or basement, you need to go outside where the taxi dropped you off to get into the lifts and the reason why is part of the lift is made of glass so you can have a great view of the area and the northwest skyline as you are going up to your room.
We had a trio room, it was smaller than I expected as there was 3 adults sharing this room, it did have a fitted wardrobe, but we had 3 suitcases and 3 hand luggage as well. The beds were comfy and the bathroom had a separate shower cubicle (which almost felt like a wet room) as well as a bath. The room decor was modern and minimalist and apart from the size of the room the downside was the sliding bathroom door, it was made of glass, it rattled every time you open or close the door which is not great when you're asleep and someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
My reservation was direct with the hotel and included buffet breakfast which was in the Astor restaurant in the basement, the restaurant is large and had lots of seating areas, normal tables & chairs, canteen style and casual/informal style (like the coffee shop Central Peak in Friend US TV show). There was plenty of food and beverages on offer Chinese, Continental, Hams, Cheeses, Salami and Western dishes, there was also a noodle station, but it was a bit hidden in another seating area, there was no signs, you would only know if you was sitting in that area. The food and beverages were great, especially the fresh fruit (pineapple, rock, water and yellow melon) it was sweet and not soaking it's own juices. The only negative point was the food and beverages was not in a central position, we were seated near the entrance/exit of the restaurant so you would need to walk about 20 meters at the back of the restaurant to get to the bread, rolls, toast, croissants and pastries.
All the staff were great, very friendly and helpful, the guys who help you with your luggage would always call the lift for you or hold the lift doors, it is an informal chic 5 star hotel.

We really appreciate the time you took in outlining all the little spatial details that go into our hotel - its got quite a bit of character with the new designs merging with the established architecture. It makes the Eaton truly a unique stay I am sure you would agree! The kind note on the service of our colleagues was also much appreciated. Thanks again and hope to see you soon. Regards, Marius

Stay 2 nights for business.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are tidy and clean.

From the glass bottled water provided, you can see they are willing to bear more social responsibility than other hotels. Also their décor, posters and even the "Human" in their uniform showed they value equality and respect not even their guest, but also the staff.

Definitely recommend this hotel if you want your money goes to a social responsible enterprise.

I can understand previous reviews commenting on the modern style / vibe of the property. At first I was taken back by the casual style but don't let it mislead you.

Everyone is serious about making sure you get the help you need. From the staff who are always on point by the external elevators to the concierge team when you have questions.

I had no issues with my Nook room. Didn't feel it was small at all. You are in a very expensive city for real estate. Was very pleased with the level of cleanliness and the decor.

The cleaning staff were always polite and made sure to ask when they saw me, if I needed cleaning when they noticed that I had the do not disturb sign on.

For those who may be concerned about demonstrations potentially blocking Nathan Rd, the hotel works with a shuttle service who will take an alternate route to the airport if needed.

Didn't need it, but nice to know the option is there. I asked about this prior to my arrival and received prompt replies, which I really appreciated.

Enjoyed the meals at Astor and look forward to exploring more of what the hotel has to offer next visit.

Thank you for a great stay!

the package has high cp value, including breakfast and dinner at a price of ~$900( tax included). the breakfast and the room is excellent. Eaton is also highly awared of environmental protection that they do not provide plastic bottle of water and most living accessories only provided on request, even the toothbrush is one made with bamboo. I really appreciate their kindness to the earth, and for this reason, I would definitely come again.

just be aware that the dinner provided in the package is from one of the restaurants in the foodcourt, which is also reasonable for the price of the package.

The staffs provide good service. When I call room service, the customer service staff gave us a quick response to our needs. Although my stay is not involved in the hotel's food, the location is accessible for us to get some food outside.

The small birthday cake was prefect with the unsweetened cream. Really awesome, ate without guilty belly burden.
The guy helped us filling up the ice buck was impressive. You can tell he is a hard working guy. (11Jul, 2230, 9/ F)
The guest service lady was really good as well, detailed mind and thoughtful arrangement for leading the charger to me and allowing me to have enough time to get my phone charged.
(12 Jul, 1200)
Breakfast buffet was nice except the food is too oily for those western food ( nearly all of them).
And the room, the curtain door cannot be fully closed, the light in the morning woke Me up and cannot have a good sleep. Others are fine.

I am a repeated guest of yours. I have enjoyed my stay before. This time, I am utterly disappointed.

I’ve booked a room for a weekend few weeks ago. With your check-in time stated as 3pm, I arrived at the hotel at 2:45pm. Astonished by the long queue, I finally made it to the front of line after half hour. I approached to the staff, and she was yelling over the phone. When she put down her phone, another staff approached her asked her some question and I overheard her name was Felix or Felice. Being totally ignored by her for minutes, ‘Check in? Show your ID!’ It took her 5 minutes to register my information and claimed that if I intended to use the pool, a reservation needed to be made in advance. She refused to call the related staff for me even though I was planning to head to the pool right after the check in. I have always enjoyed the vibe of the hotel but this just felt like you have booked for a fancy restaurant, super looking forward to dining there and when the first course was served you found a bug in it, such a bummer. I bet your service quality would have been better if you put a name tag on your staff, so that you would know who are doing their job well and who doesn't.

Upon check out, I approached the counter to drop the key. A relatively short man suggested me to get in the line for check out. Another half hour wasted. When it was almost my turn, another guest just cut the line and drop his key in an express check out box, which I was not notified. None of your staff told me I could have drop my keys in the express check out box,and its location was so not obvious.

Overall, the vibe of the hotel was nice. I enjoyed my time at The Astor for dinner and housekeeping staffs are always cheerful and polite. However, I was disappointed by the service extended to me upon check in and check out. It was not worth an hour of waiting to stay here.

I visited HK to celebrate new year and this hotel is the best location to be. It’s just 5 minutes walk from the nearest MTR, many buses pass in front of the hotel. Many restaurants, shops, banks, 7/11 around ! 15 minutes walk to the harbour! Late night snacks? Just get out and you will find many night markets! There’s a food court down the hotel too with variety of excellent food.

The hotel itself is excellent. Contemporary design and happy welcoming feeling. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room I stayed was clean and fresh. The housekeepers are mostly around, ready to help too. The Michelin star restaurant food was very tasty. Their staff also very helpful. The hotel bar design is also impressive. Their cocktails and finger food wonderful.

I will definitely stay here next time!
Thank you Eaton HK!

The sharing screen of the TV is not working, even they couldn’t fix it. I mean the idea of allowing chromecast is good but the instruction and the way to use, for me, was not quite user friendly and I spent loads of time to try still fail. However, they provide us late check out instead as compensation. And I was quite satisfied with such arrangement.

The whole design is really hip and chill, you could feel, eg casual smart black uniform but not in full suit is an alternative style from ordinary hotel and I pretty adore it.

I was quite impressed by the toilet with the traditional Hk public housing brick style but in very modern way, that makes me feel cozy and homie.

Their food court is one of rare I would like to try in hotel. It’s not too expensive or too high class, but quite down to earth And full of choice.

Something that could be improved is the time of waiting check it and check out, It takes quite a long time for us to wait even there was not a long queue.
