Overall Los Angeles valley College was a great Community college. It really help me pick myself up when i was down. They offer a lot of help such as tutoring, also offering a lot of office hours that are very helpful. They give you many opportunities to pass. They give everyone the same treatment. Professors where very kind and where flexible if you had an inconvenience.
counselors are always willing to help and get you on track to finish at Valley Community. There where room that you can rest for 3 hours at a time so you are able to study in a quite place, which was very helpful. The campus is never really full. They have very flexible classes mornings, evening, and nights.

The experience with the professors are awesome, but, the staff in the admission and records office are no help. They couldn't even give me the right information when I was trying to fill out the applications to register for class. It's so frustrating and annoying! I can't believe they messed up something so simple when I submitted as well. Ugh, it's just one thing after another with them.
My experience with Los Angeles Valley College has been nothing but amazing! I’ve made some friends, joined the school newspaper, saved so much money due to the free tuition, and just the professors here are really nice and understanding.
