Heidi Klum regularly shares pictures and videos on social media of herself in a slew of epic outfits, on set, and hanging out with husband Tom Kaulitz. And, while her eldest daughter, Leni Klum, is in the spotlight due to her modeling career, the 50-year-old supermodel has other children who lead more private lives.
Well, Heidi just shared a snap of all her children—and Tom!—on Instagram (with their faces covered because, privacy).
Apparently, Tom is close with Heidi’s kids: He actually asked for their blessing before proposing to their mom, according to People. But who are Heidi Klum’s children, and what are they up to? Here’s everything to know:

Heidi has four children from two different relationships—first, she had Leni in 2004. And then, from 2005 to 2014, Heidi was married to singer Seal. The couple had three children together—sons Henry and Johan, and daughter Lou.
Leni Klum, 19
Leni’s biological father is Italian billionaire Flavio Briatore, although he and Heidi broke up while she was still pregnant, according to the Daily Mail. (She was later adopted by Seal.)
Heidi famously walked the Victoria’s Secret runway show in 2003 while she was pregnant with Leni. “I am not alone walking down that catwalk here,” Heidi captioned a video on Instagram of herself from the show. “If I look close enough then I can see you bumping right along at 4 months @LeniKlum. I loved you before you were born, and I will love you long after I close my eyes forever. ❤️❤️❤️”
Leni has followed in her moms footsteps down the catwalk and is a model herself. She even appeared on the cover of Vogue Germany with Heidi in 2020:
Henry Samuel, 18
Henry is Heidi’s oldest child with Seal. He’s named after his dad (born Sealhenry) and Heidi’s dad Gunther, according to People.
"Everyone who sees him says, 'Oh my god, he looks just like Seal.' And I'm like, 'He has nothing of me? C'mon, there must be something of me in there somewhere.' And they're like, 'No, sorry, he looks just like his father,' " Heidi told People after her son was born.
Henry leads a pretty private life, but you can sometimes see him in throwback photos his mom posts or shots with his face obscured.
Johan Samuel, 17
Johan is Heidi’s second child with Seal. Like his big bro, Johan mostly stays out of the spotlight, although Heidi wrote on Instagram in 2021 that he has a “heart of gold and a mind so bright.”
She also shared later that same year that Johan and Henry are both taller than her, joking, “How did I get so short?”
Lou Samuel, 14
Lou is Heidi’s second daughter and youngest child. According to Heidi, Lou loves to dance. In fact, she shared this video of Lou dancing with choreographer Miguel Zárate, and it’s pretty impressive.
Apparently, Lou's talents extend beyond the dance floor, because Heidi shared a 2021 Instagram of her daughter handling an obstacle course like a boss:
