You might, for example, keep holding the pendant and add one Our Father, one Hail Mary, and one Glory Be as prayers for physical and spiritual blessings for the Pope (Papa). You can add another set of the same prayers for the intentions of the dead, such as for deceased loved ones or souls in Purgatory (Purgatorio).
