Drew University Makes Top 40 List for Study Abroad Programs
Drew’s global education opportunities include seven New York City semesters, which take students into the Big Apple twice a week in subjects like Wall Street, the UN, theatre, contemporary art, communications and media, social impact, and museums and cultural management. The campus is beautiful, safe, and near a cute downtown. Like many universities, the food is not outstanding. Socially, it is not the large party school with Greek life. However, I was always able to hang out with good friends and NY is close by and easy to get to. Dorms were fine, but some rooms are small. However, that is the case at many schools. If you are looking for a strong academic experience with small classes, Drew is a great option. If you want football games, partying, and lectures with hundreds of other students, you may want to look elsewhere.
