Liquid diet?

Question(s)

Noticed that today for breakfast I had a smoothie and didn’t eat solid food until dinner. I’m currently in a bad flare up, so I’m only eating soft foods. I did notice that my temple pain and brain fog was gone for hours until I ate dinner. Now I feel like crap again and I’m convinced that I should try a liquid diet for a few days to give my jaw a break. Anyone ever try this before? I’m nervous to do this and then try to eat again and it all starts again. Maybe I do just need a rest and it’ll be better. Thoughts?
