The overall experience was very good however we were just taken back how many young children were at this establishment. we felt like we were at a McDonalds play land. We expect this at a lower end fast food family Friendly eatery not a place who strives to be an elegant high end special occasion restaurant that we chose to celebrate our anniversary at and didn’t expect it to be at the jungle jamboree. Unfortunately the restaurant cannot control this situation but it’s a shame those adults who want to celebrate a special occasion at an elegant (want to be) restaurant have to deal with a bunch of kids. Other than that the food was very good and service even more stellar. Will probably nix this place in the future for a special occasion I guess we have to go to McDonald’s play land where there will be no kids cause they will all be at Chama Gaucha.

First time here and so much better in comparison with other Brazilian Steakhouses in my area. The service was very friendly on point. The salad bar is huge including the most delicious chicken salad I’ve had.

ALWAYS on point here. Never left disappointed. Though the forced gratuity for a party of 5 was unexpected. I normally put that much anyway, but having it forced was a bit off-putting so I docked a star.

The food was so delicious the meat was seasoned and melt in your mouth beef ribs OMG I just wanted the pineapples they used to serve after all that. On a scale of 1-5 of course a 5 for my group even though 5 of them barely ate wish they could have pay a lower price

We had an amazing meal! The staff is fantastic everyone is friendly and just made sire we were good. Already loved this place but yesterday we had taken family for the first time and the experience was exceptional! Thank you Chama Gaucha.

Kuddos! The service and food are top notch, and it was the best anniversary gift for my wife and I. Just one advice, go during week days to enjoy everything because weekends is a like crazy.

Food was great! The first 25 minutes was great service and endless meats. Once a party of 15 sat next to us .. no service. It was 15 minutes of being ignored with the green card flipped over on the table. If it wasn’t for being ignored from our waiter and the servers it would’ve been a better score.

We go here often and this time was different. It’s usually great service and the meat is always on point. This time the meat felt like it was rushed the service was a little behind. It felt like we were a bother. I hope it was just an off night because it’s our go to for dinner as a family. Again this is only one time that this has happened out of multiple visits. Everything is always amazing. We will be back but I just hope that this place doesn’t fall off of our list fogo did because of the decline in service.

Have been here a lot previously but haven’t been in years. Food was plenty and hot, wait time to get food was good. Did have to ask to get beef ribs because that specific server never made rounds by us. Salad bar was smaller than it used to be but still fresh, good and plentiful. This is an all you can eat meat place so not a huge deal. Service was good with the exception of sometimes feeling rushed when waiter comes to swap out your plate a little too quickly.
