CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — An official with the Harrison County 911 Center has confirmed that U.S. 50 in Clarksburg is clear after four wrecks occurred in less than 20 minutes and sent four people to the hospital.

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — An official with the Harrison County 911 Center has confirmed that four people were taken to the hospital Friday night after four vehicle accidents occurred on U.S. Route 50 in Clarksburg in less than 20 minutes.

The official said that two of the accidents have been cleared up as of 6:17 p.m., but that the Clarksburg Fire Department is still on the scene of two near the Joyce St. exit, one going eastbound and the other going westbound.

CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WBOY) — Several vehicle accidents occurred nearly simultaneously on U.S. Route 50 Friday night, causing delays in both directions.

According to an official with the Harrison County 911 Center, four vehicle accidents were called in between 5:03 and 5:21 p.m. The official said that all four accidents have injuries but that they currently don’t know the extent of them.

The official said that there were accidents on both the eastbound and westbound lanes and that they are all located in between the Downtown and Joyce St. exits.
