Riding along on a horse drawn carriage is wonderful. Beautiful scenery.. Stanley Park is lovely. Our tour guide was excellent! Highly recommend this tour!

I had high hopes for this tour based on other reviews but it really fell flat. I had hoped for a more comprehensive tour of the park but it covered just one corner of the park. The other disappointing aspect was the narration. It was very rehearsed and almost robotic as you can tell that the driver has repeated it many many times. I was very glad to hear about the care of the horses as they seem to make their care a top priority. Foe the price - which is rather pricey for an hour - I would suggest finding something else.

The guide was very friendly and knew a lot about the Park, the plants and animals living there and about history of Vancouver. The driver treated the horses with care and respect. There is a short stop at the Totem Poles. Nice views throughout the tour. Tours Run every 30 minutes and there was no wait for a seat.

This was such an amazing ride through Stanley Park. I have lived in the Vancouver are my whole like, and it's the little things like this that keep like exciting. My friend had a friend visiting from Ontario, so I helped show her the best parts of Vancouver. The Tourist was very informational and accommodating. I will defiantly do this again and bring my daughter next time. It's the best way to tour around Stanley Park for those who can't or don't like to do much walking.

On a beautiful but chilly day in Vancouver this tour was soooo enjoyable. Hal, the guide & carriage driver, was friendly & knowledgeable, I learned a lot of interesting facts and he made the ride more enjoyable with his side stories. The blankets were a bonus & very needed. Staff helping with the horses before the tour were also very friendly & helpful. Highly recommend this tour.

Wife enjoyed the colors of the fall foliage. Carriage seating a bit cramped. Would've been great if carriages for groups of 2-4 we're available at a reasonable rate for a more romantic experience.

The horses and the overall experience was great! While I had been to Stanley Park before, it had been a while and I had really only been to the Aquarium. It was nice to take a relaxing pace to see the sights and learn more about the area and I learned a lot. Just wish the customer service and ticketing procedure was better. We almost had to cancel since 1) Viator didn't offer an option to schedule a time nor noted to call the venue to schedule a time, 2) the carriage company ticketing person didn't provide any assistance and felt like I had to pry info from her, just getting bits at that, while acted I should how their ticketing procedures worked. I would do this excursions again, and will be contacting them so others don't experience the same bad service. Just glad we didn't let is affect our tour and had fun, regardless!

a bit cheaper than paying on spot… Worth the money (an hour carriage trip)! Our guide/horse-rider is Laura, she is fun, professional, cheerful and brought me excellent memory! Highly recommend for family, esp witb elderly/child to start the park visit

We loved hearing some of the local history and seeing Stanley Park by carriage ride! This is a fantastic way to tour. This was the second time in 5 years we did the carriage ride. We loved it so much the first time, we booked it again. We learned different information each time we did the tour.

Walk in rain to drop off

Our tour guide was lovely and on a cold rainy day the blankets were a warm welcome. Unfortunately we were very disappointed that we had to walk back to our car in the rain. Since we were the last tour of the day we were not dropped off at the same location we were picked up at (near our car). While the 5 minute walk was not terribly hard for most, it was for my 80 year old mother in the pouring rain. This was not disclosed prior to our purchase of the tour, although the tour guide did mention the w drop off before the tour started.... but this was our only chance to do the tour. Really needs to be an alternate option.
