Hello folks, I'm here para humingi ng suggestions. Last year yung family namin sa father side is may inaayos na lupa para ibenta. To give you some info 9 silang magkakapatid and yung father ko lang yung nag-ayos for almost a year. Halos sya ang naglakad lahat and yung tatlo lang nyang kapatid ang sumasama sa kanya. The reason kung bakit sya lang nag-ayos is sya lang halos may alam kung paano lakarin yon tapos sya lang din may lakas loob makipag-usap sa tenant. Then next week is magkakabayaran na. Is it too much po ba kung yung father ko humingi ng kaunting part sa bawat kapatid nya para magsilbing pa-kunswelo nalang. Masyado bang malaki ang 10k per kapatid and ang hatian nila is almost 100k per head.

For me it's too much, that's almost 10%. If the siblings are willing to do it, sure. That's the problem if walang prior agreement for someone to get something for processing the sale of the land. You guys should have kept the receipts and ask to be reimbursed, which is fair.
