Our brasseries are warm and welcoming with comfortable spaces where you can gather for a leisurely lunch or dinner from our extensive fresh & seasonal à la carte menu. My self and a friend had Dinner here recently before going to a play at Chichester Festival Theatre. Food was excellent and service attentive and friendly (although it was a 5.30 table so restaurant wasn't packed). Good choice for vegetarians/vegans. The only thing menu is really lacking is a veggie soup starter option. I do like soup to start but there was only a fish soup on menu and I'm vegetarian.

Lovely meal - the food was very good, however, we are giving it a 4/5 because we'd booked for 5.30 for the pre-theatre menu only to discover on arrival that it was not available. Obviously there is a big price difference between à la carte and the pre-theatre prices, but we did not want to start hunting around for somewhere else to eat as we don't know Chichester very well, so we decided to stay put and ordered our food and drinks. There is a good choice of cocktails and drinks (including low/no alcohol). Then it transpired there was an error processing our order so it had not gone through to the kitchen. We were blissfully unaware until the Manager came over to explain what had happened and apologise for the delay. We said we needed to leave before 7pm as we had to get to the theatre. She said it would be find and retook the food order with a promise it would be served asap. We realised we'd been sitting there for around 40 mins and nothing had arrived except drinks. Full credit to her for being honest about it - she even brought our food herself, but the restau is 10-15 minute walk (depending on how fast you can walk!) to the theatre, so by the time our mains arrived, we had to scarf them down very rapidly and sort the bill before we'd finished eating - which is a shame as the food is lovely. Obviously there was no time for pudding. So if you plan on booking here for the pre-theatre menu, phone and check with them first as the website was very misleading, and if you've not received your first course after 15 minutes, nudge a waiter to find out if it's gone awol!

This was our first time at Brassiere Blanc and it was New year's eve. I was worried that we would be rushed and nose level, but this was the complete opposite. The service was excellent and friendly and the food was both exceptional to the eye and taste buds. We arrived early, which was not a problem and stayed a little longer listening to the live vocals playing contemporary tunes with a retro twist. It was a lovely evening Thank you.

We will NOT be using this restaurant again as they require us to use an "app" to find out what is Gluten Free on the menu. As part of the older generation, we are both over 75 years old, we do not carry a mobile phone around with us.

We were greeted promptly and warmly on arrival and offered a choice of tables. As the restaurant was very busy, this was appreciated as one of our party uses a hearing aid which picks up background noise. Staff were all smart, polite and attentive without being pushy and they had a good grasp of the dishes on the menu. Two of our group chose the Cheese Souffle starter which both said was excellent - and the Stone Bass main was also a stand out, the other two mains were considered excellent also. The wine selection was comprehensive and reasonably priced. The meal was first class in all respects and of the four evening dining experiences we had in Chichester on this visit, Brasserie Blanc was unanimously agreed as being the best. We have used this restaurant on visits to Chichester for many years and will continue to do so.

Arrived to be told that the restaurant hadn't received our booking through OpenTable even though OpentTable had confirmed it with us which was disappointing, but the Maitre D' was very nice and said it wouldn't be a problem and found us a table. The food was excellent from the Scallops, to the Trout in Watercress Sauce to the Pistachio Souffle. I would definitely go again and would heartily recommend this restaurant ....just a pity about the booking mix up.

We visited Brasserie Blanc in Chichester on June 11th 2023. We received a warm and friendly welcome and were shown to our seats. The tables were nicely spaced out and not too cramped, as in some other restaurants. The staff were absolutely brilliant! Very friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The service was at a good speed. We were never rushed. There was a good choice of dishes on the menu to choose from and all of the food we had was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection! We thoroughly recommend the lamb! We would definitely recommend Brasserie Blanc in Chichester and hope to make a return visit!

Superb as usual - nice touch for all plates to be warm (actually hot, I had to test obvs!). The venison sausages were particularly delicious. And last, but not least, Rita was amazing, is so hardworking and made us feel very welcome 👍

We greatly enjoyed the food and good service though on the night we were there some noisy other diners made across-the-table hearing a little difficult. We definitely will go again though.

We went to brasserie blanc for our wedding anniversary. Wanted somewhere that was special and brassiere blanc was just the ticket. The decor was amazing, the food was glorious and the service was beyond anything I have ever received. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know and will be back again.

I have been visiting this restaurant for several years, it has always appeared to have good management, good management is always reflected by the staff managed. The place is always clean, and the reception is always as if you have been missed. Food kept reasonably simple and accompanied by a simple to read menu.

We both enjoyed our choices very much. I especially liked my starter of crab balls and my husband said his steak was the best he had eaten in a long time. My husband chose the chocolate delice which was absolutely delicious. We will find a restaurant in Kent so that we are able to repeat our experience.

A recent meet of an very old friend led to a meal for four at Brasserie Blanc in Chichester, we were welcomed & order taken quite quickly after arrival - the restaurant was full, the food came quickly & was delicious. Griddled squid, confit duck & pistachio soufflé - I can highly recommend all of them. We will definitely be returning. Well done brasserie blanc, the only down side was the noise level - but a very enjoyable evening.
