- gracekY2731TI0 篇投稿完美的旅行非常开心的看见了鲸鱼跳跃，非常多的灰鲸，大概十几只，唯一遗憾的是没有鲸鱼游到船边，这是非常罕见的机会！导游很帅气友好，分享了自己拍摄的鲸鱼视频。包含拍摄，图片拍的很专业！早饭和午饭都非常好吃，早饭的餐厅在一家小店，好吃的taco，但是很有氛围感。午餐的餐厅有驻场，餐厅的食物也很好吃，海鲜新鲜。唯一希望改进的事，早餐前的咖啡不要只有美式，有拿铁会更好。照片无法上传到TripAdvisor，有些可惜。我们住在LA Paz，单程开车需要2小时，这个旅行全程空调车，也是非常好的选择，大家可以集中精力在追鲸上發表日期：2023年1月17日

This was the most incredible trip we could have ever dreamed of!! Our guide, Carlos, went above and beyond to make sure we got to swim with so many whale sharks all morning long. Then, we went to swim with some very playful sea lion pups and did some exploring around the islands, to have the best ceviche of our lives on a gorgeous island beach. We loved it all so much, we had to do two days. Our boat captains Raul and Rodrigo were amazing. Jahaziel organized the trip of a lifetime! We will definitely be back!!

This tour, billed as both "VIP" (close personal attention in a small group) and also a "three hour snorkeling experience," amounted for my two sons and I to a grand total of 10-12 minutes in the water, in a chaotic environment with 4 to 5 other boats in a close cluster and dozens of other snorkelers splashing around. Apart from these 10-12 minutes, the rest of the 3 hours was spent droning around looking for whale sharks. We did see whale sharks, but in very cloudy water, not at all like the photo in the ad. As for "VIP" (for which we paid significantly more), we were jammed into a boat with a family of five at the last second, with no discount. For this "experience," over $700 Cdn. A profound rip-off, compared with other tours we took that week with other companies which were in fact awesome.

It is essential to highlight that this company has been built by carefully considering every single detail you share through platforms such as TripAdvisor. Each comment contributes to our evolution and drives us to offer increasingly rewarding experiences.
However, we would like to point out that we face challenges beyond our control, such as weather conditions and sea visibility. It is in this context that we respond to the criticism we are addressing today, which goes beyond complaining about visibility and bad weather. We will explain in detail our perspective in response to Mr. Kurt Rausch below.
Initially, you confirmed your participation in our exclusive Whale Shark Tour - Super VIP, designed for a maximum of 8 passengers and with a duration of 3-4 hours for the entire tour, for a cost of $2900 MXN, taxes included.
Your confirmation was received on January 4th, with your event scheduled for January 7th. On January 6, we notified you by email about the adverse weather conditions affecting the city, giving you the option to change the date or time. You opted only to change the time, which we did at no additional cost. It is important to note that throughout this process, we continued to assist you at all times.
Secondly, we understand that the price of our tours may exceed some budgets, but at the same time, we appreciate and preserve the value of the natural resource we share. We strive to ensure an intimate experience by limiting our groups to a maximum of 8 passengers. In your case, the group consisted of 8 people: you, your two children and a family of 5. If you wanted a more private experience, you could have opted for a private package, which would have allowed us to provide you with an even more personalized service. Also, it should be noted that our discount policy is applied exclusively through interaction on our social networks, encouraging the loyalty of our followers with special incentives, now I understand why you drained our cooler in your backpacks before getting off our boat (: !
Third, it is absolutely impossible for other groups to even come close to swim near ours, since, by law and to avoid sanctions and possible expulsion of certifications by the competent authority, no operator disrespects the rules of operation. The regulations are clear: only 5 swimmers plus 1 certified guide are allowed for each individual whale shark. Therefore, the statement that there were dozens of people splashing in the water is completely false, I would also like to point out that you made more than 3 entries into the sea to swim with the whale shark and you only entered with your children and our guide, what more did you need?
Fourth, we deeply regret that you did not appreciate the intimacy with which you were able to enjoy the magnificent gentle giant of La Paz. Fortunately, we have loyal clients who confirm up to 2 or 3 private packages to enjoy this beauty from a more intimate perspective. We even know people willing to pay even more just for the chance to see it for a minute. This leads us to reflect on whether your experience and satisfaction may depend on factors beyond our control.
Fifth and last, we want to remind you that we have shared with you all the content recorded during that day via a download link in your email. The videos show stunning images that we have used in our social media advertising. The water looks clear and the individuals are clearly visible. This is one more aspect that we emphasize and unfortunately was not mentioned in your review.

We had an amazing time on our whale shark trip with our guide Brandon and our boat captain. We got to swim alongside the whale sharks 3 times, Brandon was great and helped us swim to the whale sharks as they were hard to initially see in the cloudy water. The boat captain did a great job of finding more whale sharks and we even saw a manta ray. I highly recommend Baja Sur, they are professional and passionate about what they do.
