This restaurant was a great find. The hospitality was outstanding-very attentive courteous waiting staff and as it was a Saturday night they had a singer to entertain guests. She was great at getting everyone involved in singing lines to well known songs. She also played an electric violin?? and was a very accomplished musician. The only thing that let this restaurant down was that I have an allergy to gluten and they were unable to offer any gf desserts which was disappointing as most restaurants have at least 1 and increasingly several choices of gf desserts.

My first time visiting Reis but will certainly not be my last. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. The food was excellent and the staff went above and beyond for us. Great restaurant! Highly recommend!

Reiss Grill & Bar is the place to be seen. You walk and the ambiance just sets the mood fir you. Great team greeting you at the door, we had booked a table, got seated and our party of 8 had a blast. It was my daughter's birthday and we all had the best Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was very engaged with us and got us our drinks and catered for our kids too. The food was ooooh so tasty we got the cold platter starter mix and laaaawd how good it was. The main course too, wow so tasty absolutely marvellous. Will definately be returning. 😊 you for you hospitality.

The food was great and the restaurant is nicely decorated with great staff and service. The only downside is the volume the restaurant was extremely loud that me and my guest couldn't hear each other and I left with a headache. The entertainer passes around the very loud mic for guests to sing which is not pleasing. I would go back to the restaurant for the food but not at a time when they don't have live entertainment.

Tasty food, friendly staff (bit confused as waitress started describing random items on the menu for no reason and took menu out of my hand whilst i was ordering) and nice atmosphere. However all the steaks served on the table were raw and even cold in the middle. Disappointed by it but was resolved and overall the food was tasty with a charry/smoky taste to the meats.

I ordered a cake for my daughters birthday & it was not presented. I even called the day before to confirm this will be done and it was not!. I called the restaurant when my daughter came home & told me what happened, someone said they will call me back and no one called back. Very disappointing.

Went to Reis restaurant on 4.3.24 with my sister and two friends. From the time we took our seats the staff took care of us. The staff were not over bearing and was not pushy. Very friendly and helped us with any additional requirements. The food OMG is outstanding recommend the sizzling lamb chops. Portions are of a good size as well. Cocktails happy hour must be utilised. The whole ambiance of the restaurant is just outstanding. 100% and more a first class restaurant. Make sure you book in advance for special occasions as Ries is always busy especial Over weekends. They also have entertainment which I have heard is good. Yesterday, there were 3 separate Birthday celebrations and the whole restaurants makes it special for the Birthday person. May I point out this is not my first visit to Reis. I have been on mean occasions with my husband, family and friends. U will not be disappointed. Well done to everyone at Reis you are an outstanding restaurant.
