Julie Christensen
Julie Christensen is a former member of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in California, representing District 3. She was appointed to the council on January 8, 2015, following the resignation of David Chiu, who was elected to the California State Assembly in 2014.[1][2] Julie Christensen lost the general election on November 3, 2015.
Biography
Christensen worked as a design strategy and product development consultant prior to her appointment to the board.[1]

The city of San Francisco, California, held elections for mayor and board of supervisors on November 3, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates who wished to run in this election was June 9, 2015.[3] In District 3, incumbent Julie Christensen faced Wilma Pang and Aaron Peskin. Peskin defeated Christensen and Pang in the election.[4]
