The options were really nice would’ve been really good to have more mocktail options, but considering the trend that’s just building in the hotel industry didn’t mind if they only had one option for mocktails.

Delicious meal and great service. Sat outside on the terrace which had a nice ambience with the soft lighting after sunset. We had the fried calamari and roaster oysters as appetizers, filet with asparagus and mashed potatoes for a main course, and desserts we tried the s'mores dessert and strawberry cream brûlée. Everything was cooked perfectly. Would recommend.

Service less than good, fish was old. Hostess seated us -- me, my wife, and my mother -- promptly for a 12:00 noon reservation for Mother's Day. The breakfast buffet was wrapping up so there was cleaning activity and noise while staff put away the buffet. Unfortunately we watched all staff walk by without anyone coming to our table. I had to stand up, walk back to the hostess, and let her know that no one had come to us for 10 minutes. The hostess tracked down a server and we heard her explain to our server that she should come over to her table. Server arrived and apologized for the confusion, but that set the tone for the less than good service. During our meal, we had to ask for water/tea refills, we hardly talked with our server again, and we had to wait extra long for the check. Two of the three food orders were good. I had the steak and eggs. The sirloin strip was well seasoned and cooked nicely. My mother ordered the French Toast, and she loved it. My wife ordered the mahi sandwich but could not eat it. She said it tasted too "fishy." I tried it. The mahi was overcooked / tough and it was old-tasting, indeed "fishy." We informed wait staff that the fish was old, who said they would notify the chef. Fortunately, this entree was removed from our bill. We did not replace it with another entree. As mentioned, it was a challenge to get the check brought over. This is a HUGE pet peeve of mine, as I don't enjoy waiting to give a restaurant money. I gave a customary 15% tip, and the bill total was $110. This was my mother's first ever visit to this restaurant, since moving to the area. Suffice to say, she won't be going back. My wife and I usually like the Coast, so this trip was a disappointing surprise.

Our server Kayla was OUTSTANDING, but unfortunately the meal was not up to standard with its cost. We dined there before and the food was amazing.. last night was disappointing. Sorry to say, but we do love the restaurant and the service, so we will certainly go back and hope for the same food quality that we received in the past.

Exception service, the hostess and our server Alyssa was so kind and friendly. Food was served hot and wonderful pairings. We opted to dine inside however the outside patio looked to be a fun vibe (overlooking the pool area) I would recommend this dinning experience as alternate to Salt which is also phenomenal but a more high end restaurant at the resort.

Start to finish everything was superb… our waiter was attentive, personable, engaging and informative. Outside seating was sheer perfection, shaded and looking out onto the ocean. Party of 4 and everyone loved each appetizer, entree and desserts!

Stopped in for dinner for a birthday while on vacation, everything was amazing. Our server Toni was perfect, she was very knowledgeable of the menu and created a relaxing experience. Normally at fine dining restaurants the pace is slower, which is anticipated, however Toni never skipped a beat. She even presented us with itineraries to ensure we maximized our stay in Amelia Island. We received several greetings and smiles from the staff before we even seated at the table, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The Coast offered an abundance of complimentary services including vallet, glasses of wine, and dessert! We indulged in the fish dip, scallops, and mayport shrimp. I would recommend these dishes to any guest! Overall, the experience was amazing and we would definitely dine here again!

The scallops and shrimp bucatini were delicious! Service was top notch! We had Lunch and Dinner there. My absolute favorite is the Coast Salad, best salad I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

Everyone was very nice and our waiter was truly a five star act. During introductions he found out enough about us to become our guide for the evening. By the end of our meal we would have enjoyed having him join us for coffee. It doesn’t get any better. Food was outstanding and service impeccable. It was spring break/ Easter weekend, so there were many families and a few young children which added to the noise level, but not in a negative way. Having survived many family dinners at nice restaurants, I was most impressed with the subtle way RC catered to this younger clientele with a low cost buffet built for kids. I am often offended by how poorly restaurants and other service establishments adjust for the season, but my hat comes off to the management and staff at Ritz Carlton.

We enjoyed a wonderful meal and excellent service. Our servers were attentive and not overbearing. Chilled oyster appetizer was delicious as was butternut squash soup. Entrees arrived hot and delicious...full of flavor. The scallops could have had more rice with them. Braised short rib was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The short rib could have used some polenta or grits as a starch base. The fresh catch, swordfish, was cooked perfectly, remaining tender, served with a bean and tomato sauce. Chocolate Gelato and a unique style of cinnamon cheesecake served on top of a shortbread cookie closed out our meal.

For the prices the food was subpar. I wasn’t able to eat mine and my daughter’s steak was no better than an outback steak. Dissapponting.
