Alison Herman The Ringer “Nobody Beats the Biebs” is an early example of Atlanta setting its own rules, a confidence that earned it a place in the upper echelons of television just as Al makes it into the rap game. Nov 16, 2022 Full Review Alan Sepinwall Uproxx This is another of Atlanta's surreal comic touches, but one in service of a very sharp satiric point. Imagine if the real Bieber behaved the way he always does, and got into the trouble he usually does, only he looked like the actor playing him here. Mar 10, 2018 Full Review Michael Arceneaux New York Magazine/Vulture It's good to see Earn smile for once, as opposed to looking like the physical manifestation of Bonnie Raitt's "I Can't Make You Love Me." Can it please last, Atlanta? Rated: 4/5 Mar 9, 2018 Full Review Nicole Homer Black Nerd Problems I did like the separate adventures we got this week. I'm enjoying the way the dynamic shifts as we see the characters in different constellations. Jun 5, 2018 Full Review Michael Snydel Paste Magazine Nobody Beats the Biebs is a decent installment that nonetheless falls back on some short-sighted conclusions. Mar 10, 2018 Full Review Grant Rinder PopMatters Luckily, as with everything Atlanta, Glover and company keep the message subdued and sandwiched between some surreal laugh lines.
