A great dinner for Mother's Day and our last day in Mexico City. We are very happy the hotel recommended this hidden gem. The service was outstanding and the meal over the top. On our next visit I would definitely make this one of our first stops. We cannot recommend it enough.

Un muy buen restaurante. Creo que el servicio y la calidad de los alimentos está subvaluado. La verdad es que a mi familia y a mí nos sorprendió el nivel de cocina, así como la atención de los meseros. Muy bueno; volveríamos con mucho gusto. Felicidades.

Incredible restaurant with a wonderful ambience and some of the best French food I have ever had. Service is impeccable. Highly recommend. Been here four times already and I don’t even live here.

We had reservations for 1:30 but the kitchen doesn’t open until 2. Why allow reservations when the kitchen is closed? We waited for 30 minutes until the kitchen opened and only then placed our order. The fois gras was incredible. The rib eye tacos were very good but I expected more than fried minced beef. The vegetables were colorful and tasty. The service was excellent and the bread and dips delicious! Overall an excellent meal!

Food was excellent and beautifully presented. Our server was perfect: knowledgeable and always at hand. And the restaurant is very attractive, both inside and outside on the pretty-quiet street. Every time we go, we’re surprised it’s not more,crowded, which makes, IMO, for an even better experience.

We reserved through opentable at this restaurant for New Year’s Eve and they said the do not work with opentable and therefore they would not honor the reservation. They eventually gave us a table with a dirty tablecloth and after an hour we decided to leave after they did not even offer a drink and we were told they couldn’t change the tablecloth because they were out of clean ones.

Apartamos por Open Table para nuestro año nuevo y a nosotros y una familia más nos dijeron que no respetan esas reservaciones y que nos fuéramos, literal nos corrieron… La verdad el señor de la recepción un pelado… pésimo servicio y jamás lo recomendaríamos ———— Terrible. We booked through Open Table for their new year’s dinner event and they told us and one other family that reservations were not gonna be respected and that we should leave, they literally ran us off... The truth is that the man at the front desk was super rude toward us... terrible service and we would never recommend it.

Hicimos nuestra reservación vía Open Table y ésta quedó confirmada. Sin embargo, al llegar, nos dijeron que ese día sólo estaban trabajando con reservas hechas vía WhatsApp y con un menú especial de fin de año predeterminado y prepagado (algo que otros restaurantes sí especificaron en Open Table). Al final, nos dejaron sin plan de fin de año y no hubo ni siquiera la cortesía de un buen trato a la hora de atendernos en la entrada. Muy decepcionada.

NO RESPETAN LAS RESERVACIONES DE OPENTABLE Ya había ido un par de veces a desayunar a este lugar, en la puerta dice que su horario de apertura es a las 8:00, no obstante si llegas a las 8 no tienen nada listo y nos hicieron esperar 40 minutos para empezar a servir, les faltan muchas veces productos de su carta. Particularmente en esa noche, hice una reservación para celebrar el Año Nuevo ahí con mi familia, el "capitán" de meseros me dijo que ellos no apartan las mesas de reserva de OpenTable, pero que me podía "hacer el favor" (literalmente eso dijo) de darme una mesa afuera, mi mamá es adulta mayor y no puede estar en la interperie, le dije que no podíamos estar afuera, que tenía que ser adentro por mi mamá, pese a que tenía varias mesas vacías adentro nos dijo que era imposible. La actitud del capitán nefasta, además era morboso y me tocaba del hombro al hablar, así que tuve que pedirle que no me tocara. Pedí a otro mesero hablar con alguien más y me dijo que solo con ese tipo se podía hablar. Decidimos retirarnos, qué mal servicio. Ojalá sus dueños se preocuparan más por la pésima atención que dan en este lugar.

This was a terrible experience for a NYE prix fixe dinner. To begin with, they nearly refused us a table and said that the reservation was confirmed, even though I had the confirmation email and confirmation on the OpenTable app. After several minutes of back and forth, they finally led us to a table. From there, the service was astonishingly bad. We weren't sure who our server was because there was someone new coming to our table every several minutes. We had to order our drinks several times with several people before they finally arrived. The tables around us seemed to be served plenty, drinks and food. Our food took forever. Not sure how, since it was prix fixe, so all they had to do was bring out the food. We were there for nearly 2 hours, which should have been ample time to have had a better experience. We didn't even get to eat the main course because it was taking too long and we had to leave. Terrible experience, would not go again, would not recommend.

They didn’t honor our reservation for New Year’s Eve even though we had an Open Table confirmation. They blamed Open Table and said that they weren’t “taking Open Table reservations for NYE” - so we ended up not going out at all and there were no other open restaurants. It really did ruin our night. We weren’t offered another table or even another recommendation for somewhere that might be open. VERY disappointing for what is supposed to be a nice restaurant. There were three other couples there who had the same experience as us!

We arrived on time on NYE for dinner only to beld that they were not honouring any reservations booked through open table. They left us stranded on New Years even though half the restaurant was empty and we had other plans for after dinner. Just brutal, will never be back or recommend after such terrible customer service

El lugar es muy bonito y la comida es buena, pero el servicio fue muy lento y desatento. Primero no nos atendían para nada. La atención de los meseros se centraba en la mesa de al lado, la cual se conformaba por extranjeros y en un grupo grande que estaba en el piso superior. Tuvimos que pedir el menú, ya que no nos lo llevaban, tardaron más de una hora en llevarnos el amuse-bouche de bienvenida y pedimos una botella de agua mineral que nunca llegó. No fueron groseros, pero sí desatentos. La verdad eso arruinó la experiencia.

El servicio que recibimos fue pésimo, tuvimos que pedir todo varias veces y los meseros fueron groseros, desatentos y muy descuidados. La comida es rica pero el servicio fue tan deficiente que no pudimos disfrutarla. Fui con la intención de reservar para la cena de fin de año, pero claramente no reservé y no volvería.

Charming bistro in a quaint neighborhood with attentive staff. The hot rolls and complimentary appetizer were delicious. The onion soup hamburger looked amazing but was way over cooked. I would go back and order the fish. Or just the onion soup.
