This is a new series on/by Amazon that I'm finding incredible riveting.
It follows several 20-something women in 1969/1970 (so, basically our big sisters/young aunts, or young moms for late GenXers) who realize it's illegal that their newsmagazine employer is discriminating against them in the workplace, and decide to risk a great deal to address it.
I knew about these things intellectually but to see them played out... y'all. Lots of feels. Highly recommend watching this. Provides incredible perspective.

It’s not new but it was a great show. Too bad it only lasted one season. I think it’s based on real events at Newsweek.

Such a great show!!! Was so disappointed to find out it was cancelled! Left on a cliffhanger if I remember correctly :(
It came out in 2015. But I liked it a lot, too. Shows on Amazon aren't promoted very well. The show Patriot was amazing (terrible title, to be sure) and it only got two seasons.
