Diane Gaeta, the wife of The O.C. star Logan Marshall-Green, announced that she was divorcing her husband, also suggesting that he had cheated on her with actress Sarah Hay.

“I filed for divorce today from @elemgy because people aren’t always what they seem and to every woman out there: always trust your gut,” Gaeta, 38, shared on Instagram Friday, in a message that tagged her husband.

“And beware of the faux woman champion like @sarahhayofficial because those girls don’t care about sleeping with a married father of two. Peace and Love, thanks for letting me share,” Gaeta wrote.

Hay has yet to respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment. A rep for Marshall-Green declined to comment.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Gaeta filed for divorce on Friday in Los Angeles.
