Free parking is available on-site with space for up to five cars, providing you with both security and convenience. The apartment is accessible via a private entrance, which you can use at any time during your stay, allowing you the freedom to explore Edinburgh at your own pace.

To ensure a fair and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we have established the following house rules and policies. These guidelines are designed to provide clear and transparent conditions for the rental of our apartment and to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and order. Your adherence to these guidelines is greatly appreciated and essential in helping us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

Quiet Hours and House Rules:
We have a strict no-party policy and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is to ensure that everyone, including our neighbors, enjoys a peaceful environment.

Photo and Video Documentation:
For everyone's assurance, we document the condition of the apartment before check-in and after check-out with photos and videos. This is solely to resolve any disputes regarding property condition fairly and transparently.

New Guest Duty:
Upon check-in, we ask all new guests to report any concerns related to the order, equipment, condition of the apartment, or cleanliness within 2 hours of arrival. Please send a message to the owner or the local host with photos and a description of any issues. We offer an emergency service that can address and rectify any dissatisfaction within 2 hours.

Important Notice on Complaints:
If we do not receive such communication within 2 hours of check-in, please note that subsequent complaints regarding cleanliness, equipment, maintenance, or the condition of the apartment and building will not be accepted. This policy is in place due to an increasing number of instances where guests seek compensation based on unverified claims.

Laundry Amenities:
Please note that the listed laundry facilities include a washer with a drying option. It is not separate appliances but a combined washer-dryer unit for your convenience.

Parking Instructions:
Parking is available both in front of and behind the apartment, and it is completely free..

Trash Disposal Instructions:
Please ensure all trash is taken to the designated bins located at the back of the building. To reach the bins, exit through the balcony doors in the living room, descend the stairs, and turn left. The trash bins are immediately around the corner on your left side. The code for the trash bin door remains: 1532. Your cooperation in maintaining a clean and pleasant environment is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Key Set Policy:
Guests are provided with one set of keys for their stay. It is essential to always leave these keys in the designated key box to avoid misplacement. In the event of lost keys, a charge of £50 will be levied for replacements. Please handle the keys responsibly to avoid this additional charge.
