With any of our photo packages, blue sky replacements are included when necessary, absolutely free. Choose from a range of 12, 24, 36, and 48 photos. Prices start at $175 - add on 6 drone photos for just $75.

Twilight Photography

Nothing grabs a viewer’s attention faster than a stunning home in a twinkling glow. Add a high value service to any listing with this feature. We have an editing process to create the desired vibrant and cozy feel. Your buyers won’t be the only ones mesmerized. Your clients will be wowed and know they chose the right agent that will go above and beyond to market their home. The first Dusk Twilight photo is $185 - add additional photos for just $15 each.

Marketing Highlight Video

Our compelling videos are meticulously edited to showcase your listings top features. Depending on the size of the property, the usual length ranges at a concise 1-2 minutes to keep buyers attentive. We will also include drone video of the property at no additional cost. Video can be made branded or unbranded. If you have a luxury listing, want your listing to stand out, or have something you feel deserves a spotlight, this will be your greatest asset! Prices start at $375, and are based on the size of the project.

Airbnb or Rental Photography

With rentals, the process is much more artistic and personalized than Real Estate! Along with standard photos, we get up close shots, create shot lists, and produce photos that highlight your rental's theme. In short, we want you to have all of the media material you need so that you can market your property. This includes artistic, lifestyle shots to showcase the amenities and feel of the space for your guests.  Like Real Estate, the pricing is based on the amount of photos or types of services.

Virtual Staging

Traditional staging can be a huge expense but we offer a way to give buyers a great visualization of your empty spaces at a fraction of the cost. Virtual Staging is one of the best and most popular ways to paint a picture of the lifestyle and create a warming atmosphere. Orders are usually between 2-5 images. Price is $45 per photo when paired with Photography.

2D Floor Plan

Floor plans are another great way to help buyers visualize how they can utilize the space and make it their home, allowing them to plan the layout and fit of their furnishings. This becomes the buyer's greatest asset to help plan out their dream home. Floor Plans start at $125, and you can add a Matterport Virtual Tour for just $75.

Drone Photography

Elevate your listings and show off our breathtaking WNC views. Give buyers a sky high perspective while showcasing property lines, conveniences and amenities. Our drone expertise delivers valuable assets for your marketing strategy, giving your listing an advantage for success. We are fully licensed to fly drones commercially in the state of North Carolina. Choose from a range of 6, 12, and 24 drone photos. Prices start at $175.

Drone Residential Video

Spotlight any home, homes with large acreage or land listings from new heights. We will capture the property as well as its surrounding views with drone video and photography. We include a property outline photo and a property outline within the video, along with 6 drone photos. Surrounding amenities such as security, golf courses, schools, lakes, etc., can be highlighted as well. Video length will typically range between a concise 1-2 minutes. Price depends on the size and scope of the project and starts at $300.

Matterport Virtual Tours

With the cutting edge technology of Matterport Virtual Tours, we create a 3D Virtual Tour that enables an immersive participation for the viewer. With a simple link, buyers can zoom in, focus, and walk around the house at their own pace and get a feel for being inside of the home from any device. Matterport Virtual Tours are based on square feet and start at $175.
