• You will receive an "Order Confirmation" notification email after you successfully ordered. Please print or save for record. If you have not received the email, please email to [email protected] with the order number or contact us at 2601 8484 within our office hour (Mon-Sun 9am-5:30pm). The order you submit on this website can only be fulfilled after being accepted and confirmed by Café de Coral.
• The value of all goods are calculated in Hong Kong dollars. Please do not submit order twice to prevent you from placing duplicate order. Extra cost will require to be paid if you place duplicate order.
• The prices of the products provided on this website are only applicable to online ordering. The prices of some products may be different from the prices offered by the Café de Coral.
• Once the order is confirmed and payment is completed, you cannot cancel or change the ordered product.
• All photos provided on this website are for reference only.
• All dine-in only coupons and cash coupons are not applicable to online ordering.

Delivery Service

• Delivery service is only applicable to orders with net purchase over $1,500 (Discounted price) and a delivery charge of $200 per delivery is required. Free delivery will be given for orders over $2,000 (Discounted price). Free delivery is restricted to a certain quota. In case of parking fee/gate charge incurred, they will be charged to custoemrs directly.
• Delivery services exclude Squatter, Walled villages, Temporary Housing, Construction site, Ferry Piers, Park site, Sports Grounds, Islands, Lantau (except Tung Chung), Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Sai Kung, Stanley, Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Tai Tam Road, Shek O, Cyberport, the Peak, Floating Restaurant, Buildings without lift, no fixed delivery location or not known at place of address.

• If, in the event of typhoon or rainstorm, customer would like to change the pick-up date / delivery date, please contact our outlet at least 24 hours before the pick-up/ delivery date. The changed date shall be within 7 days after the original pick-up/ delivery date. Café de Coral Fast Food Limited reserves the rights of final decision on the acceptance of change request. If customer cannot pick-up/ receive the order on pick-up/ delivery date, the order will be treated as being forfeited and the deposit will not be refunded.
• Deliveries will continue to be limited to lobbies where there are suspected/confirmed COVID-19 cases at your address.

• Self-pickup is available in all branches of Cafe de Coral except: CITIC Tower, Hong Kong Station, Hong Kong Station (Airport Express) and Kowloon Station (Airport Express), Sheung Wan Loon Kee Building, Quarry Bay Kerry Centre, Kwun Tong Millennium City, Tsim Sha Tsui China Hong Kong City, Kowloon Tong Festival Walk, Soy Street, Kwai Hing Kowloon Commerce,  Centre, Kwai Chung Metroplaza, Kwai Chung Magnet Place, The Wai, Kwun Tong Hewlett Centre, Tuen Mun Wo Tin Estate
• The following branches do not serve Abalone, Fish Maw and Sea Cucumber Poon Choi (for 6 persons): Infinitus Plaza, Melbourne Plaza, Harbour City, Chungking Mansion, Star House, High Point, New Kowloon Plaza, Kowloon City Plaza, KT How Ming Street, TG Place (Kwun Tong), Paul Y. Centre, King Lam Shopping Centre, Grandeur Garden.
• Upon collection, please present a valid ordering number and the confirmation letter.
• If customer cannot pick-up the food at the date and time specified on notification email, the order will be forfeited and there will be no refund.

Payment Details

• The total payment for the online ordering service, or the balance of the payment after discounts or discounts (if applicable) must be paid online by credit card (VISA or Mastercard, except UnionPay and American Express Cards), Octopus, Apple Pay, Alipay HK, Google Pay, Alipay CN, Wechat Pay HK, Wechat Pay CN or Payme.
