Activating your Hulu subscription

If you signed up for the Disney Bundle, you’ll need to activate your Hulu subscription before you can log in and start watching on the Hulu app. You only need to activate your subscription one time. If you have not activated your Hulu subscription, you will be unable to log in to Hulu. 

 

Keep in mind that Hulu is only available in the U.S. If you’re having trouble, visit the Hulu Help Center for troubleshooting tips.

 

A link to activate your Hulu subscription will be emailed to you, or you can follow the steps below to activate your Hulu subscription: 

  1. Go to DisneyPlus.com on a mobile or web browser
  2. Select your Profile
  3. Select Account from the drop down 
  4. Under My Services, select Hulu
  5. You’ll be automatically redirected to Hulu to complete your account setup
  6. Enter the email address and password used to access Disney+*
  7. Fill out the remaining fields (name, etc.)
  8. Select Continue to complete the activation process 

 

TIP: Disney+ subscribers who have access to Hulu (either through the Disney Bundle or a standalone Hulu subscription) can also stream select content from the Hulu library by accessing Hulu via the Disney+ app.

 

*The email address and password you use when signing up will be your MyDisney login. With MyDisney, you can use one email address and password to log in to services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies, such as Disney+, ESPN, Walt Disney World, and more.
