Within the Woodland Hills School District, Edgewood Elementary STEAM Academy and Dickson Preparatory STEAM Academy are on the list of the bottom 15% for performance on the combined Math and Reading tests on the 2022-2023 PSSA and/or Keystone exams.

The Woodland Hills School District is accepting registration applications for the PA Pre-K Counts Program for the 2024-25 school year. This is a FULL DAY program (Mon.-Fri. 9:15 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.) This program is free to residents who live within the boundaries of the Woodland Hills SD; whose children are three (3) or four (4) years old and fully potty trained by September 1, 2024, AND gross household income is within 300% of federal poverty level. The Woodland Hills School District will offer a free, fully online course & credit recovery programs this summer for grades 6-12.
From June 10th-July 1st, Turtle Creek Elementary STEAM Academy will not have anyone available in person to assist you. If you require immediate assistance, please contact 412-824-2450 and someone will assist you as soon as possible. If you need to be seen in person you can do so at the district office from 7:30am-2:30pm.Thank you for your understanding.
Teams of third, fourth, and fifth graders from all three Woodland Hills School District elementary schools took on the VEX Robotics Ocean Science Exploration challenge as part of the district's second VEX GO Robotics Championship on Friday, May 17. Three teams - one from each grade level - were crowned as champions.
