I couldn’t have had a better trip in Boston! Staying at this Marriott made everything a breeze! Parking was SIMPLE right at the hotel and convenient, so worth the cost. The hotel asked for each of my guests’ names in order to accommodate them if we were separated. I had SIXTEEN people coming and going and they made it a breeze. The front desk staff even sent a bottle of champagne to our room as an extra mile gesture. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and always asking about how our events of the weekend were going as well as offering advice for getting around the city and must see attractions. I couldn’t be more grateful!

Great location, very friendly staff and an overall very pleasant stay. Also ..... At 2 am individuals staying in the room next to us came back drunk and yelling in the hall. Woke my wife and I up. They then proceeded to start playing loud music. I called the front desk and it was handled quickly and successfully. Very impressed.

Very nice hotel. Clean. Pleasant, efficient staff, but the location is the best feature. The TD Garden is right across the street, the North End Italian neighborhood is a couple of blocks away, the Rose Kennedy Greenway is right behind the hotel and the dining, entertainment and activity options are limitless. There's even a large Star Market supermarket right next to the TD Garden if you need to stock up on anything. I was on the top penthouse floor and the view from my window was nice enough. When I checked in, the very friendly desk person told me that he had a great room on the penthouse floor. I think he oversold it, though because when I saw it I was underwhelmed. To be clear, the room 1401 was very nice. Spacious. Comfortable. Clean. I was satisfied with everything about it, but I was expecting to be wowed after the spiel I got. LOL.
Breakfast (not included) is from 7-11 AM and I really enjoyed the farm fresh breakfast bowl (had it twice). The breakfast quesadilla was very god as well.
I dined at a restaurant next door called A & B Kitchen - Bar and enjoyed it. Fairly standard bar/pub menu, but the food quality and service were exceptional.
Very nice hotel in a great location. A bit pricey, but it's to be expected given the location.

Thank you so much for selecting the Courtyard at North Station for your stay in Boston. We love reading how much you enjoyed our location, well positioned for all activities and site seeing in Boston. We are sorry to read that you found our coveted Penthouse floor to be underwhelming, the magnificent views of the historic North End and beyond from that high up in all our Penthouse rooms are typically so popular with our guests. Perhaps on your next visit you may enjoy the front facing Zakim Bridge view, or that of the Back Bay from the other side of the building.

We spent a few days at this hotel to bring in the new year and loved it! We were greeted by a bubbly, warm and professional front desk associate, Gabby, who was very knowledgeable of the benefits of our Titanium membership. The hotel had the cutest Winter theme amenities (hot cocoa bar), wonderful game night, and was festive for the New Year. Nice hotel! New, modern and very well maintained. Walking distance to City Winery and so many cool restaurants and bars. We will be staying again!

This hotel was clean and updated. The location was great to visit Boston. The staff was friendly and always greeting guest when arriving into the hotel. The corner room was definitely worth the upgrade. We were able to hop on the Old Town Trolley directly across the street from the hotel which allowed touring for Boston very easy. Also, the whale watching tour through Boston Harbor Cruises was fantastic while in Boston.

Stayed here for work and the location is great with not a lot of noise from the surrounding areas.

The room itself is fairly large. I didn't get a room with a city view but a painted wall instead, which was pretty. The room had a mini fridge and a coffee machine. The bed itself wasn't as plush as I would have liked but it wasn't overly firm.

One thing that was odd is they have mobile check-in and mobile key but you have to get a physical key for the elevator and the doors. The mobile key appears to be only for the room itself.

I enjoyed the stay and would stay here again since it is a great value for your money.

Thank you for selecting the Courtyard at North Station, we are delighted to read that overall your stay was very enjoyable. Thank you for using the mobile key option through Bonvoy and for your loyalty to Marriott. You mobile key will most certainly work on our elevator key readers, often the front desk offers a physical key as an option at check in if preferred however you can rest assured that if you prefer to just use your mobile device it will active all of our key readers throughout the hotel. We hope to have the pleasure of hosting many future stays for you.

It’s not often you feel like family when staying in a hotel, but during my business trip to Boston, in fact that was the case. At the Courtyard by Marriott.

This hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the Garden and near public transit. The room was great size and was clean. My only complaint really was thatI couldn’t stay longer.

I also the pleasure of meeting Tommy Amaya (Front desk Agent). Tommy made it a point to always greet me with a smile and ask how I was doing and if there was anything he could do to make my stay a little more enjoyable.
The Courtyard was great but the people that work there are even better. Just wanted to thank Tommy personally for always taking the time to chat and to make sure I had everything I needed he makes a difference. Because of him, I will book all my future stays in Boston at his Hotel!

I stayed for 8 nights as part of the 2022 Boston Marathon. The hotel is conveniently located near a T station and about a 15 min walk to the finish line at Boylston St. I had a great view of the North Harbour in a clean and comfortable room.

The service was outstanding, with Ester, Tony and Didier displaying genuine, warm and friendly attitude to guests. I was impressed with their customer service. Well done guys.

As a lifetime Marriott Platinum Elite member, I've spent countless numbers of nights at Marriott facilities over the years. I'm inspired to write a review on my recent stay at the Courtyard Downtown / North Station, as it was a fantastic experience. The location is extremely convenient to all local attractions and the facility itself is very nice - super clean, great shower pressure, comfortable bed, etc....but the staff at this facility really set it apart from the rest. Of note - Marriott, if you're listening - Sabata Sarcone personally welcomed me, checked me in and always greeted me with her beautiful smile when I returned to the hotel...tough to beat that!

We chose the Courtyard Boston Marriott for its location. We could not have made a better decision. The check in was easy and the helpful morning breakfast staff, Vicki and the others, were very accommodating to my 3 generation family. Our rooms were well cared for. Location wise: It was a healthy 15-20 minute walk in one direction to the Aquarium and an easy 5 minute walk in the other direction to Boston (now TD ) Garden for the Disney Ice Show. Valet parking also very well done.
As a special family weekend, it wasn’t a time to pinch the pennies too tight. The North Station Marriott was worth every one of them.
