Kong and Godzilla Smash!
This is the fifth movie in the Monsterverse and I enjoyed it! Godzilla and King Kong are highly detailed. The battles are very well shot and there are many of them. Their combat maneuvers and new weapons are fun to watch. They did something with Kong I wanted them to do a long time ago as you will see. The addition of baby Kong Ape was a great addition. I have always enjoyed dinosaur like creatures and the Hollow Earth (not a spoiler, they were present In the previous movie as well). Seeing the rock ceilings of Hollow Earth gives an interesting perspective of these enormous caverns. As for the story, it is weak but I still enjoyed it. The movie is about the monsters anyway! I kept this review spoiler free. There are lots of surprises.
