The management of your users can be done right from your creator admin and the most effective tool to do so is your Dashboard. It is accessible for you right away after logging in or at the left corner of your screen on a desktop version, or right on when you log in from a mobile device.

You'll receive notifications about new joins and will be informed in case you'll need to remove someone. Doing so is as easy as swiping to left on usernames to confirm that your Fans are provided with access to their subscription! You are also able to quickly report the username/email address or a handle as an incorrect one in case one of your Fans accidentally submits the information that you couldn't find by swiping right. This action will send them an email with instructions on how to correct it and help you get them added as quickly as possible.

Another tool that would be helpful for you in managing your Fans is the list of your active Fans & Groups. This is a special kind of page where you can see and manage your Fans divided into different groups, the pre-set ones depending on their activity and interactions with your page, choose and add your favorite ones and even create your own groups, whichever you would like to exist. This tool is of great use not only for letting you know what kind of fans you have but - especially - when managing your DM’s, as you get to precisely choose now, who is going to check out what you get to say! Encourage your followers to subscribe, give your loyal Fans something special to enjoy, and divide and shape categories however you want with Fans & Groups.

Here are also a couple of clever tricks that might help you effectively manage your adds and removals:

  • Set your social media perks to require Fan's username for your premium; this way, every time people sign up for the subscriptions that include the mentioned perks in them, you'll get dashboard notifications with their usernames and links to their profiles that'll aid you in adding them to your premium quickly and efficiently:

  • Change the setting for more complex perks (e.g. Custom video requests or merch) to require supplemental information. This'll allow you to set another field for any additional information that needs to be provided to you to distribute the contents of your subscription.

  • Every user that'll purchase your subscription will also get an option to message you using Fancentro DMs. You can use this to your advantage in case you need more clarity on the information that was provided by them when signing up for a subscription or to upsell extra content in Mass DMs.

  • Make sure to create clear and easy-to-follow instructions on what needs to be done for your Fans to access your subscription perks. That'll help your Fans to act on them quicker and will simplify the process for you.

  • You can manage whether you need to be notified about your Fans purchasing a subscription for a specific perk, make sure to tick/untick the box in your offers to set it this way
