This is a neat new cafe and coffee shop in Causeway Bay with a 70's record theme. They offer a food menu, drinks and have a take-away coffee stand as well, if this is your interest. Opening hours are 12pm until late each evening.
Passed by and was served a good espresso recently. The place was very busy for lunch so was unable to get table on walk-in basis. All looks pretty good, nice vibes, casual but nice seating. Look forward to trying a meal here eventually.

Mercury Recalls位於銅鑼灣百德新街，Fashion Walk附近，由位於大角咀的Lost Stars餐廳團隊打造，餐廳中央位置展示左唔少唱片封套，當然亦會播放唔同類型嘅音樂，有著濃烈嘅音樂氣息。
White Rose Lemonade ($98): 擁有淡淡嘅玫瑰清香，結合埋酸酸甜甜嘅檸檬味，幾refreshing…
蒜香白酒煮青口（$188）：湯汁帶濃郁蒜香及白酒香，白酒味重得黎唔會澀，採用了藍青口，烹煮時間適中，肉質仍保持鮮嫩，亦夠入味，幾好食。
灸烤雜錦香腸拼盤（$148）：香腸共有三款，分別係韓國雜肉腸、台式豬肉腸、糯米腸：韓國雜肉腸香脆微辣，而台式豬肉腸及糯米腸加埋就好似mini版嘅台式大腸包小腸，係幾香口惹味，但糯米腸有啲太飽肚嘅感覺，配德國酸菜絲食可稍為解膩。
燒美國黑安格斯肉眼扒 (10安士) ($368): 熟度只有Medium、Medium Well、Well Done 三個熟度，令食開Medium Rare嘅我稍為唔習慣，儘管如此，揀選Medium，仍帶點血水，切開後亦見肉呈嫩紅色，仍符合期望。配菜有燒南瓜、薑黃椰菜花、法邊豆，配法西伯那西醬，醬汁幾特別。

🎵 呢間餐廳引人入勝之處，除咗食物、cocktails🥃、柔和舒服嘅木系色調傢俬之外🛋，就係到處放滿歷代樂壇勁旅嘅經典黑膠唱片🎶，睇到 Bowie👨🎤、David Sylvian/Japan、 坂本龍一、YMO、Björk等等數之不盡嘅歌手樂隊黑膠line up，邊食飯邊欣賞 Al Green騷靈歌曲🎙，精神為之一震。晚上或週末會有DJ駐場喺booth打碟，聽吓音樂飲番杯🍷，以銅鑼灣嚟講係個唔錯嘅聚腳hot spot 🌃

High quality music (there are occasional live DJ / singer performances too), high quality food, nice vibes - A great spot for date nights!
Take a sip of their signature cocktails (named after songs), eat some snacks (recommend truffle fries!), have a chat, listen to the playlist curated just for the night - what more to ask for.

地點位置都好方便，距離地鐵大概3分鐘左右～
Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars係一間以黑膠碟為主題嘅餐廳，入邊嘅裝修無論配色或者座位位置安排都充滿格調⭐️而且餐廳仲會定時邀請唔同嘅DJ嚟打碟，為餐廳增添唔同嘅風格。
呢度唔只環境好舒服，好適合約會或者同閨蜜閑聊嘅好地方。食物方面都十分高水準！

鴨腿外皮烤到脆邊, 裡面既肉基本上一切就整開哂, 好腍。
鴨腿本身既肉汁就鎖住係肉裡面, 所以肉質嫩滑。
伴碟係無花果, 合桃沙律,仲有黑醋汁, 同鴨腿是不錯的。

位於銅鑼灣百德新街的「Mercury Recalls」餐廳佔地3,000呎，以黑膠唱片為主題。店內盡數傾注了主理人們對音樂的熱情，同時為一眾音樂愛好者提供一個集結酒吧、咖啡館、演出場地、唱片行等的悠閒空間，裝潢靈感源自日本原宿的咖啡店，昏暗的燈光營造浪漫神秘氛圍，櫃上陳列許多經典香港或日本西方黑膠唱片，音樂的氛圍非常濃烈🎶
餐廳早上是一間咖啡店，晚上則化身特色雞尾酒餐廳，採用時下盛行的「朝啡夕酒」模式經營，食物方面，餐廳聘請經驗豐富的廚師團隊，嚴選本地優質食材入饌，無論賣相和味道都非常唔錯👍🏻

之前去過大角咀既Lost Stars覺得D食物都唔錯，最近就去左佢地銅鑼灣新開既姐妹分店【Mercury Recalls by Lost Stars】。今次餐廳大玩黑膠唱片，挂墻裝飾同會打碟。
Truffle Fries with Truffle Mayo：餐廳推薦，同埋見好多臺都有叫就叫左啦。分量都算好多，炸得好香脆熱辣，黑松露都算好多，醬汁都好夠，推薦。
German Pork Knuckle：迷你分量德國豬手，皮非常脆、而肉好軟霖，唔會太肥。另外有焦糖洋葱、南瓜同番薯拌碟，全部都好甜。而蜂蜜芥末籽醬汁畫龍點睛。
Cheese & Bacon Chicken Roll：都係餐廳推薦，有四個鷄肉卷、薯蓉gravy同D蔬菜，芝士會比較少，鷄肉好juicy，有D似中式炸子鷄既感覺。
Oxtail Orecchiette：番茄牛尾貓耳朵粉，貓耳朵粉比較有咬口，一粒粒比較方便食用。牛尾牛肉分量都好多、而且茄汁唔會太酸。唯一美中不足係會有牛尾既骨頭係意粉入面。
Elderflower Apple Earl Gray Tart：外表好靚，蘋果整到玫瑰花一樣。接骨木花味道唔係好食得出，但係唔會太甜，淡淡伯爵茶同牛油香氣。
French Earl Gray Lemonade：伯爵茶+檸檬，味道偏酸，唔係好飲到伯爵茶味，解渴不錯。
Hot Americano：咖啡不錯，唔會有酸味。

This restaurant is located nearby where all the fancy restaurants in Causeway Bay and it is easy to find since it's also nearby the signature shops and buildings.
Recently my friend and I had a weekend lunch as our first visit and I loved the vintage black CD theme in the restaurant. Plus the selection in the lunch sets were wonderful. I loved the beetroot cream soup especially. It was a different type of escaping reality since I was surrounded by oldies and golden songs.

整晚都係 lo-fi 氛圍，食住飯🍽 都沉浸係呢個古典味道，又chill 又好feel。今晚菜式以德國菜×多國菜，水準不錯，整體感覺不錯吃喔！

大角咀 Lost Stars 嘅副線，以黑膠片為概念，依然圍繞音樂、啡酒、美食為題
雖然朝早去嘅時候無大角咀分店咁有 Live Band ，取而代之嘅係餐廳到處都有黑膠片，縈繞係 Lofi 嘅氛圍下～
朝早過嚟飲杯啡幫你叉滿電
夜晚就會變咗做 Bar，同朋友夜晚嚟聽住黑膠片飲返杯 Cocktail都唔錯 ～ 聽講夜晚會有Live Dj（？）
