disgraceful company to deal with

disgraceful company to deal with, glitzy pictures but absolute cheap rubbish delivered. Poorest customer service weve ever encountered. quick to take your money but not to sort out complaints. Steer clear and deal with another company. 2 months waiting for damaged goods to be collected and still being messed about. total rubbish!!!

Shambolic company!!!!

Should be a choice of no stars
Ordered and paid for a table. Given a delivery day and not turned up. Disgraceful customer service, do not answer phone and respond to messages. Quite happy to take your orders and money. Needs trading standards to investigate!! Appalling - also wasted a day off work unnecessarily.

Ridiculous company

Ridiculous company zero correspondence form them what a waste of £1600 to firstly get the wrong table top sent then to have another one delivered again the same wrong top....this was in February btw to having nothing at all back form them after months of emails,...don't even want the table at all now just give me my money back n take your item with you...the next step now is legal proceedings as this so called service provider has failed to up hold their side of the transaction

Ordered the Louis mirror

Ordered the Louis mirror. Advertised 6 weeks delivery but came within 2 weeks 😊
Was able to track the delivery during the day so knew when It was coming. Two lovely delivery men also brought it into the house for me.
The mirror is large, sturdy and well made and the silver colour is better than expected.
Would definitely recommend this mirror 🥰

Denver Dining set

We have just purchased the Denver dining table and lion knocker chairs. Wow is all I can say. They are absolutely stunning and fantastic quality. Brilliant service from customer care and well done to the delivery men as they didn't arrive till late through no fault of their own. We were told about this which did not bother us. Definitely recommend. Thank you.

Small Claims Court details

Has anyone got a name, address and email address of any individual at the company? Small claims court incoming.

We ordered and paid for a hanging egg chair in June 2021, were given a delivery date in July which initially we thought was great! This was then cancelled because stock wasn't available. We chased several times over the next few months and were offered other versions but we said we'd happily wait for the chair we ordered. It's now Jan 2022, no one has been in contact with us and the company seems to have fallen off the face of the earth.

Absolutely stunning Louis Carved…

I recently received my Louis Carved Mirror from British Home Interiors and I couldn’t be more thrilled. The mirror is absolutely beautiful, a real statement piece in my hallway, so much so that I ordered a second one for my lounge. The craftsmanship is second to none. It looks way more expensive than it actually is. If you are considering a purchase but have even the slightest doubt, go for it , I can assure you, you won’t regret it. Stunning item and fab customer service - Well Done !!

Avoid this company I orderd diamond…

Avoid this company I orderd diamond crushed love letters 3 weeks ago and have had no delivery date issued or no mirrors. I have tried to communicate with them through all the ways provided and no-one gets back to you or answers the phone. Shocking customer service. I wish I'd done my research beforehand and seen all the negative reviews before ordering

Ordered a dining table and chairs set

Ordered a dining table and chairs set. After some issues with delivery due to the current restrictions etc the product arrived. Very happy with quality of table and chairs. Delivery team very helpful with setting up. Chloe from British interiors team very helpful and could not apologise enough for delay. Refund of delivery fee and gift provided due to wait was above and beyond expected. Very happy with overall service and product!

Just received my lexi dining chairs...

Just received my lexi dining chairs and look fantastic! Great customer service...was kept informed as to when these were back in stock, delivery arranged and turned up on time and great delivery service (no damages as have had bad experience with ordering online then received faulty goods) but no concerns as goods were perfect ..delighted with quality and will definitely be ordering from you again ..thank you ..

Stunning silver mirror

Bought an absolutely stunning large silver mirror.It looks even better than the pictures on the website and is well made,sturdy and a heavy solid mirror.It is a beautiful feature in the room.This company have outstanding customer service who keep you updated from order to delivery.Their delivery men ake good care of transporting it into the house and the item was securely wrapped to protect it.Will highly recommend and definately using this company again.

I ordered the hanging egg chair as have…

I ordered the hanging egg chair as have been unable to purchase it anywhere else with a free delivery code applied. The item arrived very quickly with a lovely lady called Chloe informing me of delivery date and then sending follow up emails/telephone calls to ensure I was happy with both the product and the delivery service. The chair is gorgeous and I cannot wait to use it properly once the weather warms up a bit! Thank you so much 🤗

British Home Interiors you have got a 5🌟from me !!! We are very pleased with the French velvet Buckingham sofa set 😃
Great customer service and it’s great quality.
I was concerned after seeing some bad reviews here but at the same time as a business owner myself I thought you always get good and bad reviews anywhere so I’ve still placed an order. It was the right decision! Good communication all the way through, driver was very polite and helpful. We absolutely love the sofas 🥰
We will definitely shop here again ! Xx

Fantastic egg chair

We received our egg chair yesterday and we are extremely happy with it, we can wait for the weather to break so we can put it up and start using it, the service was fantastic, kept it touch with regards to delivery, we will certainly be back to order some garden furniture soon.

Avoid…..Paid £1600 for The Luxury…

Avoid…..Paid £1600 for The Luxury Cotswold Outdoor Sofa Set with 2 Benches in late May.
Nothing delivered, except some emails advising delivery issues. It’s now 20th August and a refund was requested 11 days ago. Still no refund !! You pay,they don’t deliver !

Very poor service !!

Very poor service !!! ordered a table for a customer 06/10/21 for £1349.00 was advised 30 day delivery had very little contact with customer service apart from the web chat which is very brief. We decided to download the shopify app to track delivery status and it has shown shipped for 11 days now 23/11/21 we have asked for update had no reply we have asked to cancel had zero response. Found the exact same table £200 cheaper in a local showroom that can deliver within a week so that speaks volumes. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS ABSOLOUTE SCAM OF A COMPANY.

I purchased my beautiful dining table…

I purchased my beautiful dining table back in August. I had British Interior store until I was ready for delivery. At first I didn’t hear from them but once I contacted them everything was put right by the friendly team. My beautiful dining table was delivered today by Ricky and Craig. They were amazing friendly funny and very reassuring. I asked loads of questions and they were both happy to answer and left my property nice and tidy.

Stunning lewis carved mirror

Ordered an absolutely stunning silver mirror.Really solid and heavy and quality made.A beautiful feature which everyone has commented on.Although it took a few weeks to arrive,I was informed in advance that this would be the case and arrived exactly on the day it was arranged for delivery.The delivery men carried it into house and were really helpful.Highly recommend.
