Price paid per night for 2 people (double room) was 78 EUR, there is high differences in price depending on the site you are making the reservation from.
CONS:
(1) If you are a remote worker and want to have videocalls (teams meetings, etc) from your room, you cannot rely on the internet connection since it changes from 10 mbps to 70 mbps (download speed).
However, on the ground floor, there is a workspace (tables, chairs, sofas, etc.) with better internet connection and plenty of sockets but depending on the quality of the headseat the music and coffee make of the workspace bar could be heard during your video call.
(2) Lack of privacy when having a shower if you are sharing the room with someone since it has a huge window from roof to floor, no curtain so the other guest will see you.
PROS:
(1) Modern, beatifully decorated room
(2) Comfy bed and armchair
(3) Nespresso coffee machine plus 4 coffee capsules renewed everyday
(4) Wide countertop to prepare your breakfast, small fridge plus utensils such as spoons, knives, forks, mugs, glasses and plates.
(5) Very convenient location, walking distance to the city center, calm neighbourhood with supermarket 3 minutes walking distance
(6) Enough space to store your luggage and clothes in the drwaers, shelves of the room
(7) Big desk from wall to wall in front of a huge window so plenty of natural light
(8) Plenty of USB connectors and AC sockets
(9) Nice cleaning personnel
(10) Free bike rental (no helmet available)

A modern hotel in a good location. I had a nice room with a comfortable bed and pillow (pillow is an important topic always). Very clean. Shower area had a big glass window to my room. Fan in the bathroom is automatic so you can not turn it off when going to sleep but it was not too noisy. Tasty and fresh breakfast. No idea why you need to reserve a 50.- eur deposit (I think there was no minibar but I can be wrong about that). My collegue had a kind of unfriendly small issue at the reception but I do not know more about that. Summary - it is OK to come back but probably not my 1st choice. P.S. The restaurant in the hotel is actually not a part of the hotel. Food is very tasty but dinner's service was really bad (see my review).

Very clean and pleasant hotel. The room I stayed in was large, quiet and provided a good working spot if you come for a business trip. There was a coffee machine, an electric kettle and coffee/tea in the room. Additionally, there is a small fridge, as well as plates, cutlery and cups, if you want to have some food in the room.
The hotel staff was friendly and the atmosphere pleasant.
The hotel is well located, with access to a subway station, buses and a supermarket nearby.
I would definitely recommend The Flag hotel.

The breakfast is really below average so that it is better to go to a supermarket to get something to eat. For example, opening time delays, quality and variety of foods are low, and almost no service is provided. It is always necessary to ask something to get (such as coffee) but sometimes takes too long time or ignored. And I needed to be careful because a bottle with the "P" sign contained salt! Restaurant workers are working while eating and drinking, so that the process is slow and unhygienic (they do not clean their hands after eating something).
One day my room was not cleaned up but generally the room facility was above average.
So it may be better not to have breakfast but just to stay.

Pretty disappointing I must admit.
Linen wasn’t changed once throughout a 16 night stay. Water wasn’t replenished. Room was cleaned once every 3 days even though advertised as everyday. My room was cleaned the night before I left and was left completely open with all my personal items on show which anyone could’ve come in and taken, I then raised this with reception the resolution was giving me 3 room keys?!
The bed linen was way too small for the size of the bed. I had to give a €100 deposit as I arrived. Still not quite sure what that was for?
Pretty disappointed overall when paying for a high end hotel and not receiving some basics you’d get in a budget hotel.
However the gym was very good with good equipment, the location is also good and the reception staff were polite and happy to help. Just a shame some key features let it down!
Don’t like to write negative reviews but sometimes it has to be done! Hopefully they can sort these issues for the next guest!

We have a bad initial experience with the hotel “THE FLAG West M. Frankfurt”. We have made a booking on the hotel website for 5 days (for dates Feb 2 to 7, 2023, reservation ref number 738720498 )
At the time of booking the amount shown was Euro 1174 for a non-refundable rate, but after we confirmed it was changed to Euro 1,268. When we contacted the hotel, they have not really clarified anything and stopped answering queries. We feel disappointed as it is an unfair experience of customer service after spending a significant amount of money, just being charged higher by nearly 10% without any explanation. We request the hotel management to look into it and reply if possible.

Being in Frankfurt for a work related project this new hotel offers excellent value. My usual criteria is less than a 10 minute walk to the office. Centrally located for food and drinks. This hotel offers a small bar / restaurant that also doubles as the breakfast buffet in the morning. A fine selection of meats, cheese, pastries and excellent freshly cooked eggs of your choice. Room was stylish and comfortable and the walk in shower excellent. Bed comfortable and for a change a TV where all the channels worked! Will definitely request staying there on my next trip to our Frankfurt office.

Came with colleagues already twice to organise a meeting. Rooms are very functional, in a well studied space all the key functionalities are there, and super clean. In general there is a very nice atmosphere. The dedicated working space has a great spacious layout that offers the possibility to work and organise meetings, definitely a hotel to recommend

I can't tell anything regarding the room we stayed. All perfect. Maybe beds a little low and a little hard but this is a question of preferences.
But regarding the service at reception... oofff... very cold, rude and feeling that you disturb them. Not possible to change room because they don't care about the request you send when you book, and in case of downgrade room, any commercial gesture will be done. You pay what you booked, fullstop.
I never saw that in 27 years of travel.

The hotel is located very centrally and is comfortable. They have a wonderful restaurant in the premises which serves delicious breakfast and the chefs go out of the way to accommodate any request made. The staff at the front desk needs some training in guest handling. Though some of them were very warm & friendly, there were some who were rude. I wish them All the best.
