This was once a thriving Steel Mill with thousands of People worked here. The steel Mills are all gone. BUT there are thousands of people working here again! It is a beautiful shopping complex with hundreds of store that spans the cities of Munhall , Homestead, and West Homestead. There are corporate Head Quarters and Retail store spanning the complex and a water park at the far western end, Complete many restaurants and 22 screen Movie theater all within a 2 to 3 mile drive all with in the Complex. As they say there is SOMETHING FOR ALL!

Pittsburgh was a surprisingly interesting and exciting place to visit.
It's eclectic architecture mixes old industrial buildings with modern ones.
The art scene is very active and also hosts a variety of restaurants.
The Waterfront district had me with the preserved chimneys and the water plant.
I will definitely go back!

Will usually come down to go to the improv. I'm a go into a couple stores but there isn't a whole lot that I am interested in, wish they would get better stores. I will say however that it was really decorated pretty for Christmas wish I had the grand on or take pictures.

We had called ahead, but still the museum in town was closed on a Friday, with a sign on the door apologizing. That museum was to start our visit, but not this time. SO we traveled to the waterfront. This is essentially a poorly kept up trail, with wayside signs in almost unreadable shape. and this isn't really a waterfront filled with restaurants and quaint shopping, its actually a poorly laid out path by a shopping mall. Very poor advertising indeed. We do hope to come back to the museum in town, but not anytime soon.

This really has everything we want in shopping in Pittsburgh. They have most of the stores my wife and I want to go to in town. We spend most of our time here, then head up the river to south side for REI and BD's.

This is a great getaway location. Just a few miles from the city, I think it adds lots of things to do in a close area that i did not need to go out of it to shop, eat, and even a comedy shop. They have several great hotels on the same site and even though it did get busy, it was a high energy crowd of folks simply enjoying what this great place had to offer. Will be going back again.

The shops and restaurants offer something for everyone. We had dinner and played games at Dave and Busters, browsed through some of the shops, and saw a movie at the AMC Theater.
