Free online courses that offer (decently) respected degrees?

I understand that's a big ask since they gain nothing from it but I wanna find at least the next best thing to it. I have a lot of free time now I think it's the best time now and add some things to my cv since I have a study gap.
Anything helps as long it's a commonly needed skill in work/real life such as programming, management, statistics, psychology, accounting and even stuff like nutrition and PE could help me out.

Linkedin Learning has a 1 month trial right now and you can knock out a bunch of misc skills there and then just cancel the trial. Those then get posted to your linkedin profiles as completed certificates. Probably won't count too much for an employer but it shows you are continuing to develop yourself in a bunch of ways. I've been doing a bunch of excel, HR, and management topics..most are in the 25-90 minute range to complete.

Look at EDX courses. Many can be applied towards a certificate program or masters later. Same with coursera.

OLI offers university-level research-proven free classes. I would recommend the statistics course. Which has been proven to make students learn statistics faster and better than entry-level statistics at Carnegie Mellon University.
