My favorite place ever to stay at in AC, upon checking in they had us in the wrong room, Asia made a phone call and got us the perfect room with a water view and I was thrilled.

I was playing last night and my machine blacked out twice, had to wait for it to come back, as for cashing tickets and making change the kiosks were never working and long lines. So sad to see for sure. Thanks for a great time we had a blast and I’ll be back Wednesday for the airshow, we are praying leaving for the day as I can’t afford the $999 for the night.

The TV continually said weak signal, and was not transmitting a picture morning and night, Someone vomited in the pool then the pool was closed for a time, and the resolution was to skim the pool and put extra chlorine in the pool. I have been to your buffet before and it was great. The quality of the food was substandard and the price increased. The concierge was rude.

Had a wonderful stay at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Room was very clean, friendly staff. Easy access to boardwalk right from hotel. Self parking was $10 for whatever length of time of stay. Valet parking available ($20/day). Boardwalk had trams that took you up/down. $10 for all day hop on/hop off pass for tram. Would highly recommend Hard Rock Hotel if visiting Atlantic City.

Hard Rock AC is beautiful, we were there last year which is why we decided to come this year. The only problem I encountered was that they assign me a room near the elevator and me and my boyfriend couldn’t sleep because you could hear the elevators going up and down and it sounded like a hurricane. We went back to receptions and they didn’t have enough rooms open so they offered us one on the same floor but 3 rooms down on the opposite side and honestly you can still hear it and it was as bad as the first room we got assigned. Next time I’m there I’m definitely requesting on my special notes to have my room be as far from the elevator as possible lol. Overall, it was a nice few days off. Lost my money in the slots machine but I gain it back in roulette (lucky me) lol

Clean good fun and we always love coming to the hard rock in stigmatic city because it’s close and sometimes we actually win big if we put out the bad thoughts and focus on positive winning ones. And the buffet is really good Alcon. I take my mom and my sister there every year

my son had a phenomenal experience. We took him away for his birthday and he had a blast even though he was only turning 11 he didn’t get experienced the casinos, but just getting away and staying at this resort he had a great time. We had beautiful rooms overlooking the ocean And just overall a very great experience I would highly recommend this to someone else if they are in Atlantic City to stay at the hard rock

Our trip to the Hard Rock Casino Atlantic City was "as always" Great. Our room was clean and comfy and convenient to the Casino floor. We enjoyed Cocktails & Dinner at the Council Oaks Steak and Seafood, a place where we are never disappointed. After Dinner we enjoyed the music at the Lobby Bar. The Bar was busy but not so busy that you had to wait long for a drink. I highly recommend checking out the Hard Rock, always a great time.

Easy and swift check in process with a smile! This is one clean and spacious gambling casino! Room service can’t be beat also fast and courteous and delicious. Also called to grit desk at 4 am seeking a vending machine for water and they instead brought us complimentary bottles off water right to our room within fifteen minutes!
All staff are were incredibly helpful and courteous with any and all requests at any time. Parking is a breeze and very close to the casino and lobby. The buffet was just wonderful and piping hot and our sever was on point as we never had to ask for anything.

Whenever I see a concert at the Hard Rock Cafe in Atlantic City, I always make sure to book a room. It’s a great experience because you have easy access to the venue, you do not have to leave the premises to enjoy gambling, drinking and eating. The overall security is good, so I feel safe there And all the staff are very friendly and helpful

South Tower is the closest to Esters Arena.
I recommend the North Tower, most recent renovations and seems like a quieter group in the tower.
I was jut therte 2 weeks ago and they are working on them. I steped into one and wow nice improvement.
