The University of Tampa is a really beautiful campus. Being in the city, you feel safe with the campus safety driving around most hours of the day. Everything is very close by, you are never walking more than 8 minutes to get to a class. Since this school is on the smaller side, classes are very personalized to you as an individual student. There is more one on one attention from professors which makes the learning experience even better.
Good academics but the school is too expensive, they don’t give much financial aid to transfer students, there’s no many scholarships for you to apply to even if you have a 4.0 gpa like mine.
I am an upcoming freshman at the University of Tampa and when I toured, I absolutely loved it! The environment is just so beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. This was a place I could truly see myself thrive in.
I loved my experience at UT. The campus is beautiful, there is always something to do, and the professors are amazing.
School is beautiful and in a fantastic location. However, if you're not involved in their business school or nursing program then you may have a difficult time with career planning. I am having to transfer out due to the school not having a good program for me and being forced to take online summer classes to be able to go to grad school. People here are usually spoiled and it is mostly a white rich girl school. If you're local or not a big party person then you will most likely struggle to make any friendships.

While I do love the University of Tampa and do not regret my decision of going there, however would not choose UT in this current time period if I was a freshman. The campus and city is overcrowded, the inflation is crazy included the raising of the university's tuition at least every year. There is an extreme lack of diversity and what seems to be empathy within the student body as well.
My experience at the University of Tampa has been incredibly positive. I've found a supportive community, engaging coursework, and ample opportunities for personal and academic growth. The smaller class sizes and dedicated faculty have been particularly beneficial. While I appreciate the resources available, I'd like to see more internship and career development opportunities tailored to specific majors. Overall, I'm grateful for my time here and excited for what's to come.
I really enjoy The University of Tampa, but classes and registration is a negative for this school. The advisors don't fully help you with your needs.
I liked the look of the campus. There are great spots to study outside. They could add more food options on campus.
The University of Tampa and surrounding Tampa community provided an unmatched springboard for my post-undergrad life. The professors I had in my Marketing major and Communications minor taught me with real-world applications that I could immediately apply to internships I had in the city. I've gone on to work in start-up and venture capital consulting, EV Marketing, and attend graduate school at another elite university.
The University of Tampa is a cut above the rest, but it is so important to spend your time getting involved in undergrad. I held leadership positions within my fraternity, led group projects, and excelled in classroom competitions. It was great to be an integral member of the community working various internships and part-time jobs to put myself through college.
There was so much opportunity here that allowed me to do so many incredible things. Could not recommend The University of Tampa enough.

I will be an upcoming Freshman at UT and the vibe on campus is alive and electric. The weather as well as the student population shines bright. There is always something to do: trips to the beach, on-campus gym facilities, P I love that there is a mix of city and beach all in one spot. The class sizes are small and the professors are experts in their field. More on campus housing would be nice to accommodate the increase in applicants.
Very good and very good college. The instructor and staff care about the students. The college is very clean and safe. The food is ok but it they need to improve it, just a little. Plenty of parking spaces. There are plenty of clubs to join and plenty of other students to meet.
It has been a good experience, however they do not have enough housing for students. Meaning that when picking housing they left students without housing.
the best part of utampa is the student life and campus! Definitely could improve the student support and academic advising!
Overall I believe the University of Tampa is an excellent campus to be on. The teachers are very friendly and helpful to all students and actively engage with their course material. The aforementioned teachers also definitely seem to enjoy teaching the course and are very knowledgable on the material as well as very great guides for students. The environment itself is incredible as it is very calming, the students have all seemed very friendly thus far and I have yet to have a negative opinion of anyone in the campus to this point. The faculties are amazing, I previously posted a review for another school which did not have any departments dedicated to scholarship aid or advice, however, the University of Tampa fufills all of those rolls and definetely makes the process of searching for what every individual needs extremely easy and comprehensive.
I absolutely love University of Tampa it overall is a great school and the city around it is fun and beautiful as well!
