Red carpet is great if you want the outside of your car washed. As far as the inside goes, its mediocre. They miss a lot vacuuming, they dont actually clean the interior dash or steering wheel, they wipe it with a spray so it looks darker but it still has the natural oils and grime from your hands and arms. I try and clean my car before I take it in but when I did miss a fry and chicken nugget from my grandson, it was still on the floor between his seat and the other bucket seat. I opened my sunroof shade and there were lots of water spots because the top wasnt dried. It's a decent base clean if you're going to go home and clean the rest. Its probably hit and miss depending on who you get to clean it. The man i had on my first car did better than the lady I had on my 2nd car. It was not good and I was very disappointed. Waisted an hour and a half sitting waiting for it. It practically sun dried itself and the water spots showed it.

Remember to bring TIP CASH cash for a good tip, as employees work HARD here! Over many years I have had NO problems. BUT, if the customer adds money to their payment card or to their check for a tip, the employees nowadays can ONLY use it as a "store credit", to spend only at the carwash! Really??!! What if they need diapers, milk or rent instead of a candy bar, birthday card or fragrance? Management, PLEASE return to your old policy of giving employees their tips!!! THEN we can vote for you on "People's Choice" awards.

Complete waste of money. Chose the $40 car wash to have residue streaks all over my windshield and side mirrors. There are water spots all over my doors. The shine that they put on the dash shows all the spots that they didn't wipe with it. It's horrible. They have a bunch of young kids working on the cars there that probably don't even care about the quality of the work. I understand it's busy and they want to rush to get more cars done, but they did a horrible job.

Inside seating area the floors are filthy and need regular cleaning at least sweep it throughout the day. Need a lot more seating inside of the waiting area.
The floors and dash of my car have a lot of crumbs and particles left over even after their cleaning. The trunk not vacuumed though found out later that I have to open trunk for them and tell them. As a new customer I assumed they would just open trunk and vacuum it without having me ask. They did fix these things so that is good that they are willing to fix but takes additional time for customer.
I had gone to jack's car wash on cedar and they at least did these things. Also the one place that used to be at Willow & Nees did a good job, but now it is self service for vacuuming, now that it is different name. - Marisela B.Fresno, CA02722/2/2021
Very disappointed. I will admit that I got the basic car wash, but expected the inside of the car to get a wipe down (it was only vacuumed) so I think maybe the $20.00 wash doesn't include the wipe down. But besides all that, I was told they could clean the residue from a sticker that the dealership puts on the driver side window when you purchase a car. I guess the employee who went to clean the residue didn't realize I had a tint on my window (it is a pretty dark tint) and they used a razor blade, which took my tint off. The employee was honest and came and told me right away, but I am still very upset because now I will need to re-do my tinting. Called the car wash and the manager stated they typically don't cover these type of expenses but that I can present them with a quote for my new tint and they can see if there is possibly something they could do but there is no guarantee.

Inconsistent service depending upon who is doing the cars. Need to inspect the car before driving away. Always very crowded.

I went here today to get my car washed and detailed, almost $50 bucks.
Windows weren't clean right , back window untouched and side mirrors are all smudged. I paid for detailing inside and out they didnt do outside on one side I had to do it when I got home.

I drive every time from selma to them to get my car washed I been doing since ten years already it's worth every penny, staff is amazing and courteous management is 100 if I ever had a problem they will fix it immediately I highly recommend them they are without a doubt the best

I pay 29.99 a month for unlimited car washes at the Ride and Shine locations. Once a month I can take my car to this location and have the works done. I took it there this morning and I'm extremely disappointed. Yes I could have brought it to their attention that the car wasn't vacuumed throughly like I asked. Outside front window had streaks and the back of the car was still wet. I didn't say anything because I didn't want to wait around for another 15-20 minutes. Whole point of taking it there is so once a month I get a break and don't do anything myself. Listen learned today is I do a better job myself.

First time ever coming to Red Carpet and never coming back.
Terrible customer service and when you talk to a manager it's like they really don't care. The guy asking what packages you want was all "What do you want?" Like really I've never been here. That should of been the first red flag and I should of just drive off.
For the amount of money I paid to have my car clean I should of just done it myself. It's like they didn't even clean it at all. My windows are smudge and not clean the door jams didn't even get clean or the touch screens weren't wiped down terrible. I had to clean things myself.
If I could get a refund that would be great but don't consider taking your car here to be cleaned go somewhere else if you can you'll be much happier.
