The best vampire movies with romance are the ones that make you believe that love can last forever, or as long as they don't get staked in the heart. Sure, vampires are sexy and mysterious, but they're also dangerous. So when a vampire falls in love with a human, it's always a big deal. All of these films feature romantic moments between humans and vampires, as well as romances between vampires, and even a relationship between a vampire and a werewolf - looking at you, Underworld.

Some of these films feature only one or two romantic scenes between vampires and humans while others have entire plots based around romance (like Twilight). Some of them have steamy scenes while others are PG-13. But all of them feature great chemistry between their human and vampire characters (and some pretty hot kisses).
