Didn't see a thread anywhere about this vinyl series, so figured I'd make one. I have a couple of the releases and they're amazing, and a great price. I'd say they're damn near close, if not just as good, as an Analogue Productions release. Great mastering/pressing, and great packaging.

Today's releases, however, are crazy:

:eek2:

Not as excited for the Devo but still grabbed it. The Black Sabbath, though, is going to be amazing. I don't have a good copy of it so it was a no brainer.

For that price it better be close to AP. I've liked the Rhino releases also, but have ran through a couple that sounded like way compressed CD recordings. Which pressing plant are they using for those 2 you got?

Rhino High Fidelity releases are cut from tape by Kevin Gray at Cohearant Audio and pressed at Optimal GmbH. Not my favorite pressing plant, but the releases I have are great.

I like Optimal and Pallas in Germany. KG and Optimal I swear have a contract with Walmart, I've bought a handful from there and both are representative on those pressings.

My order finally arrived today after being stuck in FedEx limbo for almost 2 weeks. Holy moly, Sabbath was so worth the wait. Definitely in the top 5 best sounding records I have now, maybe even the best.
