Dear Cain Smith1

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

If you can no longer access the email and phone number associated with your account, you will not be able to reset your password through the normal process. However, you can try to recover your account by filling out the Account Recovery Form. This form will ask for certain information to verify your identity, such as your name, date of birth, and any other email address or phone number you used to register your account.

The key to getting through the verification process is to provide as much accurate information as possible. The more accurate your information is, the more likely you are to be verified. Answer the questions using the information you used to create your account or the last time you updated your account, and ideally submit an account recovery request using the computer or device that successfully accessed your account. Also, I would just like to add that by putting your purchase and credit card details on the form, you will have a better chance of recovering your account.

To access the account recovery form, click here: Recover your account (live.com) I recommend that you take the time to provide the necessary information as it is vital to recovering your account.

If the process still fails to run, the final program needs to run:

You can contact the customer service representative in the account team window via the link below:

1. Open the WebContact - Microsoft Support (choose to run the hyperlink in Edge using the right-click copy).

2. In the "We're here to help" box, type MSA, click "Get Help," and then click "Contact Customer Support" at the bottom. (You must be signed in to your Microsoft account, otherwise you can follow step 3)

3. In this section, you need to sign in to your personal Microsoft account.

Note: Only personal MSA can be connected, company account login cannot display the correct content. If the account cannot be logged in, you can use another account or create a new one;

4. Select "Other Products" under Products and Services, select "Account Login Issues" and click Confirm.

5. Select "Chat with Support Specialist in Web Browser" to enter the chat window.

Feel free to post back if you need further assistance.

Best regards
