Airdate: March 7, 2024
Synopsis: Eddie's doubts about Susie continue to grow. But there's 15 million pounds of dirty money to be laundered before she'll consider leaving the estate.
Hello everyone, this is the discussion thread for episode 6 of The Gentlemen. Please do not post any spoilers for future episodes.
The river is “dark and full of terrors”
I see you Melisandre
that entire "monologue" felt so cringy tbh
Bro lol imagine standing there saying that to someone irl
Yeah I was glad they didn't show her face while she was muttering all that shit.
It absolutely was lol
Quite the character turn from Freddy when he said to Susie about inheriting the estate if something happened to his brother. He's not quite the loveable fuck up any more.
He never was. I’ve never liked him and can’t wait for him to go. Freddy and Jimmy are unbearable.
I couldn't agree more. I kept hoping they'd accidentally get themselves into trouble that would leave them both dead.
I was so shocked and pissed off at that. It seemed like Susie was too, so I’m curious to see how it turns out.

Surprised when he popped up lol, I like him in his show
Saaame bhenchodd
What did he do?
Was that a man like mobeen?
Dammit Eddie, a quid pro quo with Uncle Stan is too risky. Are you playing him? 🤔
Instead of an underground weed farm, he's gonna get Los Pollos Hermanos on his estate
Guz Khan was fucking hilarious!
I really liked this episode. Felt very much like a Guy Ritchie project of old. Because the previous few episodes have been quite “conventional”, it felt earned and not just style over substance.
Nobody noticed them talking about the plan in front of the cameras in the weed bunk?
I sure did. Not a smart move tbh.
Said the same. But like all the other lacks in security and decision making from Susie, I’m sure no one even checks those cameras until something happens lol
lmao true
Oh I noticed it. I think shot including the blinking red light guarantees it’ll come up later. I could see the characters not noticing it, but it felt like the direction went out of its way to make sure the audience saw it.
The closer I get to the end of season the sadder I feel because I don't want this to end.
Didn't Julius Caesar win though, when he crossed the rubicon?
That entire monologue got extra cringe when you realize the State got down on its knee for Caesar.
I mean she did say that he is NO Caesar, so that was not lost on her. The speech was cringy but not because she forgot that Caesar won or something
The State got him in the end though
Why aren’t more people talking about this?! I was expecting to come here and see hundreds of comments. I’m loving this show, sad I’m nearly finished.
Ikr! It's gained a lot of popularity though. This episode was fantastic, the last scene of Susie in the ambulance with her brother is also very deep to me.
Probably because it’s netflix and they make so much shit among being a horrible company that fucks over their customers. Thats just my guess though.
Seems like both the movie and show flew under the radar.
Wait some months, Netflix has a bad reputation
Fuck when i was a teenager and playing video games i always fantasize about Justice - genesis being intro in my own video, hearing it now 15 years later as intro at the boxing, nostalgic
I came here looking for the song the older chap uses as an intro, w the flames, as he enters the boxing ring. And I found you. I've been looking for "Justice" FOR A FUCKING LONG TIME, been asking ai Google to look up YONKERS MUSIC VIDEO WITH YELLOW CROSSES ON JACKET FOR LIKE EVER. AND IT JUST HIT ME ITS THE FUCKING TRONCAT MUSIC VIDEO. THANK YOU. LMAO. JESUS FUCK.
May I present to you a video that is obligatory viewing, from a Justice fan.

Had to space out the link because this sub doesn't allow links for some reason?
Yonkers???? wtf in from Yonkers
Okay this episode was fantastic. Chucky was hilarious
man like mobeen
I want to see more of Jack lol.
Paul Trueman, Eastenders legend
Guz was brilliant, hope he returns for season 2!
We need another Mobeen season now too
Yes Guz confirmed that's going to happen :-)
So Edward rather side with the cocaine mobsters instead? I guess stupid runs in the family. Idk if it’s the actors fault but Edward is so boring (dude has one expression, and speaks all he’s lines in one stoic voice) that I cant help but side with Sussie. Feels like shes the main character honestly.
If I know Guy Ritchie films like I know Guy Ritchie films....there will be all kinds of twists within twists. Edward is up to something.
Just finished this episode. Great series in a time with not many good series
Oh c'mon! Fallout, Ripley, Shogun... I'm feeling really spoilt.
Fallout JUST came out though. It is good. I was referring mostly to Netflix series lacking.
Ripley just came out on Netflix too, and it's also stunning. Might not be everyone's cuppa, though.
who played the Uzbek boxer?
Adam Basil.
Suddenly things take a darker turn... And that's all to the good.
What the hell happened to the Duke? He's bee calm cool and calculating all along. Hell even Geoff told him to play the long game. He seemed utterly pissed this episode.
Did the sound go suddenly for anyone one else on episode 6 when Eddie and Chucky had the talk at the cars I restarted Netflix and it temporarily fixed it and I did it again and now the glitch is Gone
What ya saying Mobeen lol. If you haven’t seen Guz Khan show on Netflix i highly recommend it. Good Comedian
I finally figured out this whole show. All the guys fuck things up and all the women fixes them. Maybe we should let women run the organizations lol
So Eddie saying all this shit in the weed room about the Glasses where Susie had the replacement cameras put in. 🤦🏽♂️
Kaya (Susie) is such a good actress, the scene with her saying you only saw one side of me was so believable. Got chills.
Damn just when you think Freddy couldnt get any worst. He plants the seed of his brother dying. Honestly i got that feeling the first episode when Eddie walked away from him when he was holding the shotgun.
There’s weight classes for a reason.
Not sure what Eddie is doing but id take the lesser of two evils especially since you get the icing on the cake that is Susie as eye candy and will definitely be the downfall if i were in that situation lol but I’m sure as fuck not going to Uncle Stan fuck that.
Anyone know the walkout track that the boxer walks out to in this ep?
The big fella
Justice! “Genesis”
