Over the Bank Holiday, Bloxham’s riders shone at the NSEA Championships in Hickstead. Stabling together, they showcased team spirit, friendship and determination. In the 80cm and 90cm Eventer Challenge, they leapt to an impressive 11th place out of 55. But the crowning glory was clinching the NSEA Eventer Challenge 90cm Championship for 2024, outshining 35 teams. A round of applause for our champions, and heartfelt thanks to the supportive community that made this weekend unforgettable. Find out more with the link in our bio.
The Bloxham Bugle has been brought to life by the dedicated members of the school newspaper group, during one of many of the activities available within Bloxham's broader curriculum programme. The paper was created by the students, for the students and guided by editor, Bertie M., the first edition of the paper has been a great insight into Bloxham's community. A selection of First and Second Form students recently took part in the Junior Maths Challenge where they were presented with a number of very challenging problem-solving questions in a competition designed to stretch the most able mathematicians. Well done to all that took part, particularly Torin H., Tom S., and Michael D-S. in Second Form who achieved a Gold award and Lily P. in First Form who achieved a Silver award and Best in Year. Torin H. and Tom S. have also both qualified for the additional 'Kangaroo' round in June. We wish them the best of luck!
