What would the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills be without Lisa Rinna?! The actress, 56, has become a fan-fave for her spunk, attitude, and dedication to owning it. Over the years, the Bravoverse has also gotten to know Lisa's family, including her husband Harry Hamlin and her two daughters, Delilah Belle Hamlin, 21, and Amelia Gray Hamlin, 18.

The sisters have been featured throughout the reality TV show and have both launched successful modeling careers, with Lisa as “momager.” They also launched a clothing line called DNA in October 2019, according to Bravo.

Here's everything you need to know about each of Lisa's daughters:

Delilah Belle Hamlin

She moved to NYC to be a model and college student.

In 2018, Delilah moved from the City of Angels to the Big Apple to pursue her modeling career and start her college education at New Y0rk University, according to Bravo.

Delilah sought treatment for depression and anxiety in rehab.

In 2019, Delilah opened up about going to rehab to deal with depression and anxiety, as well as the after effects of an unhealthy relationship.

“I’ve been hesitant to share this information with you guys because there are a lot of you now and sometimes that scares me," she shared in an Instagram story, per ET. "I strive to try my hardest to be a positive influence on my younger followers. I wanted to share this with you guys today because it could help at least one person struggling with anxiety and or depression.”

"This time last year I was in rehabilitation... Not long after I moved to New York I began having terrible depression," she went on to explain. "I started attracting negative people into my life because my thoughts were so negative. I got trapped in a severely unhealthy relationship that pushed me over the edge. I couldn't get out of the relationship because I thought I was deserving of it."

She said that after roughly eight months in that "unhealthy relationship" with a guy, "I couldn't take the pain anymore." She called her mom, packed her bags, and took the first flight back to LA. Two weeks later, Delilah was admitted into a rehab facility.

"I knew the way I was living was unhealthy and detrimental to my mental health so I called my mom and told her I needed help. Little did I know that this was going to be the BEST thing that has ever happened to me," she concluded her post. I learned so much about being independent, feeling less shameful and guilty, I learned about self-love instead of self-deprivation and so much more."

These days, she loves at-home dance seshes with Lisa.

Lisa has made a name for herself on social media for her super fun dancing videos, and apparently, Delilah loves to join her mom—especially when it's for a good cause. They posted a recent dance video together to raise money for No Kid Hungry during the COVID-19 pandemic.

In fact, both sisters got their dancing skills from their mom.

Delilah and Amelia showed off their best Mom-inspired moves in a TikTok video shared by Lisa around Mother's Day 2020. "Proud of my Motherkng skills," the RHOBH star captioned the post.

Amelia Gray Hamlin

She opened up about her anorexia struggle.

In 2018, Amelia shared an Instagram post opening about her battle with the eating disorder. "...Last year at this time there was no doubt that I was not okay. Not only physically but also mentally. I feel like sometimes people forget that just because your job involves being in front of the camera, doesn’t mean you can’t have bad days. We’re human. All of us. Instead of people ever commenting on my mental stability, people commented on my weight," she wrote. "Usually, when people are struggling with an eating disorder it stems from your mind, and your body is a reflection of it. I could go on and on about that time of my life, but the most important part about it was waking up one morning and deciding to stop sabotaging myself. My health, my physical health, my mental health and everything about myself."

Amelia explained in the caption that she got the help she needed shortly after the second photo was taken and then began trying to love herself. "I am SO beyond humbled and grateful to have the platform that I do at such a young age... I went through this journey not for attention, not for people to pitty [sic] me, but to help. I am on this earth to help people, and I know that," she continued, before citing that one in 200 women in the US suffer from anorexia.

"The first photo, taken today is not a photo of the perfect girl. That is a photo of me, trying to figure out my body, and owing [sic] my curves that I naturally have, and not forcing myself to starve them away," Amelia added, noting that she has "a lot of health complications" due to her struggle with anorexia. "...It’s going to be a journey that I go through for a large part of my life. I still have an extremely healthy life style [sic] and I workout so hard all week to maintain my Body. Not to say that recently being diagnosed with hashimotos has also been an extreme challenge for me to balance when still getting over this part of my life, but I am getting there. One day at a time. I want to help."

Amelia also moved to NYC for college.

Like her big sister, Amelia also made the move to New York for college to study food, nutrition and psychology, according to People.

"Amelia is someone who sets her mind to something and goes after it," her mom told the publication in 2019. "She’s very smart and I think growing up in Los Angeles has prepared her for just about anything."

She also dealt with clinical depression—and moved back home.

In a recent Instagram shared during this season of RHOBH, Amelia shared that after her move to NYC, she got clinically depressed, which led to her leaving college and coming home to LA.

"Weeks leading up to my move to New York, thoughts of being away from my family, dog, and boyfriend sunk in, and deep down, I don’t want to go at all. I pushed through to challenge myself. During my time there, my living situation became unmanageably toxic and a dear friend of mine passed," she wrote in the caption. "After months of trying to push through, I found myself isolating for days at a time, avoiding social events and not having an appetite. I did everything I could to avoid my feelings which severely impacted my mental health, and I became clinically depressed."

Amelia then went on to say that she was "so grateful" her parents recognized her instability and encouraged her to return home. She also clarified that she wasn’t suicidal at the time, "though I know that is what my mom feared the most." She ended her note with a simple sentiment advocating for self-acceptance: "Sometimes it's hard to accept what you are going through. But really, it’s okay not to be okay. I continue to work on myself every day and know how lucky I am to have such a strong support system."

Both sisters are Geminis.

In fact, their birthdays are only three days apart (and, well, three years). Delilah turns 22 on June 10, while Amelia will be 19 on June 13.
