I wish you success in getting all the in-game achievements

Work in progress: work on this guide is still ongoing. Maybe now it looks like just a list of achievements, but it will not be so for long. Very soon, I will update each achievement with a detailed description and a screenshot or video explaining how to unlock it.

Thank you for you patience!

Finish "Restoring the Peace"
Restoring the Peace is a Scenario Template in Manor Lords. This victory condition is about to conquer every region in the map. Thus, keeping a steady income of Influence is your focus in this scenario to win and if you do everything right, you will be rewarded by the game.

Try Different Options
Many in-game achievements can be obtained through extraordinary, unusual gameplay mechanics that will bring an interesting and unique gaming experience. Don't be shy to try something new and unusual and you will not only enjoy the gameplay more, but also get an achievement for it

More Achievements to Go?
At the time of creating the guide, the game is in early access and therefore it is obvious that there are much more important things for the developers than in-game achievements.

So far there are very few of them, but it is quite possible that the game will get even more achievements with updates and a full release. Don't forget to visit this guide from time to time and stay tuned for updates.

Spoiler Alert.
Some descriptions of achievements and methods of obtaining them may contain spoilers, so if you do not want to spoil your impression of the game, I recommend refraining from using this guide and returning only if you are not afraid of spoilers or have already completed the game.

Therefore, I ask you not to write in the comments about any spoilers that you saw here. You are responsible for yourself. Thank you for understanding.

⚔️ Restore the Peace

To beat the Restore the Peace scenario, you’ll need to claim all the territories on the global map. This entails meeting Hildbolt out on the battlefield so make sure you have a steady armour and weapon production chain along with a full army with good morale before engaging.

⚔️ Mercenary Captain

Similar to the previous achievement except you can only hire Mercenaries to fight your battles. To hire a Mercenary, click on the Army menu at the bottom of the screen, tap the + sign on the right, and then the Hire Mercenaries button above represented by a hand dropping some coins. On the next screen, you’ll be able to hire any available mercenary groups.
⚔️ Defeat Hildebolt

Fire up the Restoring the Peace scenario on any of the three difficulty levels. To get the achievement, you’ll need to claim one of Hildbolt’s territories (though not his main one as this will call up a larger army), which are outlined in yellow on the global map. He’ll declare war. Meet him on the battlefield and defeat him. We recommend enlisting the maximum of 5 army units plus a full retainer unit to make the fight easier.
⚔️ Challenge accepted

This one will take some luck and determination as you manage unpredictable weather events, demanding residential requirements, approval penalties, and frequent raids from bandits. It’s arguably the toughest of the Manor Lords achievements.

To complete the scenario, you’ll need to defeat Hildbolt von Bereneute in battle and claim all the territories as your own.

This achievement will have more detailed description with tips and tricks on how to beat this difficulty level, so be a little patient, I'll add it soon.
⚔️ Start the game

To unlock this achievement, you will simply need to start a game for the first time and enter the main game menu.

⚔️ For Whom the Bell Tolls

Once you've built a Church, you can select it and change the bell sound by clicking the left or right arrow on the sides of the Church Bell Sound option. Selecting any option besides the default one will unlock this achievement.
⚔️ The Merchant

You’ll need to focus on farming wheat to produce bread or, alternatively, import all your food. Either option works here. The requirements for Small Town Settlement Level are 10 burgage plots level 1 or higher, 7 burgage plots level 2 or higher, and 3 burgage plots level 3 or higher.
⚔️ Survive the first year

Start a new game on Relaxing difficulty. Establish a steady source of fuel and food, then wait out a year to get the achievement. Stock up on enough food and firewood to survive the first Winter Season. If none of your settlers dies or leaves your town during Winter, you will unlock this achievement at the start of the Spring Season.
⚔️ Full Retinue

To get this achievement, you will need to get 24 retainers in your Retinue.

Start up a new game or load up a save then build a Manor (available once you hit Small Village Settlement Level). Once the manner is built, you’ll have a small Retinue, a kind of private guard loyal to you, though you only get 6 to start.

To employ 24 retainers, click on the Army menu at the button of your screen, select the Retinue unit and click the paintbrush Retinue Customization icon. This will open up a new menu. To hire a new retainer, click on the Recruit Men-At-Arms button on the left-hand side of the screen. Each retainer costs 50 Treasury (not Regional Wealth). Repeat until you’ve maxed out the unit to 24 retainers.
⚔️ Cheerful Metropolis

Start a new game (set the difficulty to Relaxing to make it easier) or load up a save then grow your town to the Large Town Settlement Level, which requires 30 burgage plots level 1 or higher, 20 burgage plots level 2 or higher, and 15 burgage plots level 3 or higher.

To reach 100% approval, make sure all your burgage plots have all the food and commodities they need, like Ale, Herbs, and Clothes, keep Manor taxes low, and make sure you have no homeless citizens.
⚔️ The Vigilantes

For this one, you’ll want to load up Rise to Prosperity scenario with no enemies or battles, however, this scenario doesn't have any naturally spawning raiders or bandits, so you'll need to have a very low public order rating for the townsfolk to turn into the bandits you need to complete this challenge.

Treat your citizens terribly by having insufficient housing, a poor food supply, high taxes – anything to lower your approval. After a while, citizens will turn to thieving for survival and set up bandit camps out in the wild. Draft in a unit of Militia Footmen then attack a bandit camp to unlock the achievement.

The "Restore the Peace" achievement does not require you to claim all the 9 territories on the map, just take those claimed by the Baron. This also applies to other achievements that requires "finish the Restore the Peace Scenario"

For restore the peace, In section before you create the game, glow outline in scenario templates must be present.
Don't change anything in options, but you still can change template difficulty for other achievements

For restoring the peace, you will need to face the bigger army and defeat that. Waiting for Hildebolt to attack you (with a small army) and claiming his region in response (which can make the outcome of one battle affect multiple claims) doesn't give the achievement, though it does say you've completed the scenario.

While it is possible to spawn bandits for "The Vigilantes" in the way this guide recommends, it is a long and tedious process and balancing the approval and disorder can quickly go wrong, leaving you with a depopulated region and only a handful of bandits. To my dismay, there seems to be some limit as to what counts as "a squad of brigands" because defeating the 5 bandits I got did not trigger the acheivement.

There is, however, a quick and dirty way. Just select the peaceful scenario and then add some bandit camps in the game setup. This way I managed to get the acheivement after defeating the first squad. After the martyrdom of trying to do it the proper way, it almost felt like cheating.

Thanks for the tip, PinguSpectre! :kiskit:

Just got "The Vigilantes" achievement, and I can confirm that it's totally doable by following this guide. I got it in Rise to Prosperity mode with all bandit spawn & camp set to 0.

NOTE:
1. Be sure to lower the Public Order in priority since it's the main factor that cause a family turn into bandits.

2. In order to do so, build tavern, don't assign family to work, and set high tax rate(I did it with 30~40%, increase it slowly), AND even demolish the market which gives more disapproval.

3. If the Approval drops too much before the Public Order declines, family will have a higher chance leaving than turning into bandits.

4. I did it with Approval below 20 and Public Order between 60-70.

5. Same situation as Tropoebus, I got the achievement only after I defeated the second bandit I encountered. Tearing down the camp is NOT necessary.

any one with Mercenary Captain..
Can i use the retinue army or i can only use mercenaries?:beeped:
petro May 2 @ 6:09pm
Noted. Thank you Grimaldum
Jaru May 2 @ 2:18pm
"Mercenary Captain" does not work if you rally your retinue for any battle.
"The Merchant" only works if it's your initial settlement, if you get any new settlement in a different region it wont count.

@petro Retinue units is the way to go, you just need a manor and upgrade it with the tower. You main regions should provide you enough money to upgrade them with plates and you are fine. A 24 retinue with plate armor is the best unit you can have, just be careful with their stamina. Keep some shield light units to chaze archers at the end of the battle, cause the retinue won't be able to do it.
